Quest didn’t do the correct blood test and there’s no way to speak to a live person to get the issue resolved. Being totally automated does not help a patient when the employee doesn’t do their job properly.

If I could give 0 stars I would and I rarely complain. I was in here the other day, and there were 2 patients who's appointments fell off the board but they were never called in. One was a young woman who wasn't the nicest about it, but she kept getting ignored by the staff when she raised the issue...so I can understand the escalation. The workers were really rude back to her and basically treated her like she was dumb, which made the situation even worse.
There was an elderly woman sitting next to me who said she was having the same issue and her appointment fell off 40 mins ago, but she was nervous to say anything. So my phlebotomist called me and as I was walking by the "manager" or whoever, I mentioned that woman was having the same issue as the other girl, and maybe they could help her. I said this very respectfully and only wanted to help the elderly woman out. My concern was met with "I didn't ask for your opinion! You should mind your own business!"
Blown away by the hostility, I go back into the room where my phlebotomist continues to scold me for speaking up and says "If people would just mind their own business, the day would go smoother".
The level of disrespect from this staff was incredible. There's a million labs around and I will never go back to this one.

I go to lab test ,always at the same time with my husband. He received results the second day. Myself I have to wait at least 1 week to 10 days and sometimes I have to call...

Everything works at Quest except your reception kiosk which has no attendant when it fails the customer. Otherwise appointments are respected and I am received with courtesy and efficiency. Phlebotomists are competent and quick. Instructions are clear. Restrooms for samples are well marked, clean and adequate .Wish there were paper towels and not air blowers ugh. Quest meets my needs for regular lab work on schedule and with respect for my needs.

The staff was unbelievably rude to patients as I sat in the waiting room. I was scared to ask any questions. They were not nice or caring especially people who are having health concerns like myself. They should not be working in the industry which needs compassion. I did not see any behavior from patients that warranted this behavior by the staff. My arm is still bruised from the rough way they took the blood sample. It is not the first time and that is why I am so upset.

To Owner: I Visit every 3 months and have online account with them. 1) Today I forgot my insurance card. The phlebotomist said they don't keep my insurance on file, really? 2) the phlebotomist was coughing but did not where a mask 3) when she took blood I asked if she can take it from my left arm and her response was "NO". Why? "because it's convenient for me" was her answer!! 4) time to retrain your staff?
