Today I needed to replace my iPad. It took an hour and a half. There is only one sales rep in the computer area and he was blasted with customers. He directed everyone to use the QR code displayed. It was a mess and made several customers angry because the instructions were incomplete. My retired teacher spouse figured it out a did a "group instruction." No thanks to Best Buy. An hour later we were in front of the the only staff person who can close our sale. She did her best having to change work stations to get one that worked. I will not use Best Buy AGAIN. TOO LONG AND TOO PAINFUL.

They make you sign into their database in order to receive help at the store. You can't even ask them associate a question without giving them your information and going through a long process. It's horrific. I have no idea how they're still in business. Why would we shop in person if we have to go through this ordeal?

I purchased a Samsung washer 5 months ago. At 4 month old it started bagging so I called Best Buy they sent out the geek squad after three weeks and they couldn't fix it so had to come back and said it's still not right. I asked for a new one that was a big no. So I called Samsung they can't do anything because Best Buy sent their geek squad out instead of an authorized Samsung repair man. So still a month and a half and no satisfaction. Will never shop here again or buy a Samsung anything. I would not recommend this Best Buy. They are the worst.

I walked in to BestBuy of Boynton Beach to make a return last night with a valid receipt for a Mac laptop computer charger that my daughter needs for school. The charger was damaged and ripped and the metal was showing. The manager was very rude and refused to exchange or return it even with my receipt because it was not in good condition. I then called the Best Buy Customer Service who defended the manager and said it is at the Manager's Discretion. This is outrageous terrible customer service. Amazon returns everything with a receipt. Buy from Amazon NOT Best Buy! #bestbuy #bestbuysucks #bestbuyboycott

This is the worst Best Buy you can get. You can not get a manager. They send you to offshore customer service in Southeast Asia. The items they send the description is wrong and the package is missing parts and is open box. So Best Buy wants you to go to a store or UPS store and you do all the driving to correct the problems. THINK BEFORE YOU GO TO BEST BUY WITH YOUR MONEY

The Best Buy in Boynton Beach, needs to source and hire a qualified experienced auto electronics installation tech, because as of now they don't have one. I had to take an additional day off work to have Rafael in the West Palm Beach Best Buy undo the mess that Bryan in the Boynton Beach Best Buy created. The good news is that Rafael in West Palm nailed it! And did so with an awesome vibe and attitude!

I went to Best Buy earlier to purchase a new case for my iPad & fix a setting on my iPhone. Tom & Amauru were amazing! They both went out of their way to ensure we found what we needed! Customer service is not dead at this store!

They messed up my receipt and said they cancelled the sale. Then rang me up again. They assured me the first transaction had been cancelled and didn't go through. I got home, only to find out they charged me twice. After over an hour on the phone today, they are telling me to take both receipts back to the store and they will correct it there. REALLY! It's impossible to contact a indivual store directly. That's how I want to spend my time and money. Driving back to the store, to do something that could be solved over the phone, to correct their mistake. I'd call that very poor customer service at best. I'm not saying I will never shop here again, but I will deffinetly look elswhere first from now on.

I bought a $16 item that I turned out not to need. However, I didn't return the unopened item, with its receipt within two weeks so a 'manager' named Kevin told me he would not accept the return. I told him I didn't think twice about it. Left it on the counter until I'd be close by. This guy told me I should have read the fine print and emailed them about a $16 item instead of just taking the return back. Do Not Buy things here. This is how they treat customers. They are so desperate for sales that they can't take a return on 16 bucks. I am in the market for an 8K tv for the living room and a 4k for a bedroom and I now know exactly where I will never buy them. This is why you should never shop retail. Because of people like this. Good job Kevin J. You are a petty bureaucrat and you saved BB $16 but you cost them at least $3,000. LOL, well worth the $16 to know how they operate and to avoid another awful experience. Can't imagine what this guy would be like if I had a problem with an expensive item!! This is a store that does not understand customer service and has no idea that retail is so tenuous. I will NEVER go back. This guy was unbelievable. Literally one of the worst retail shopping experiences of my life. Over a $16 item. I didn't start an argument, i just conveyed my disgust and left. Just awful. How would any store put a guy like that in front of customers???

They have a lot of items this weekend on sale ... and we were looking for a new TV so we stopped by. They had plenty of different options from which to choose in stock and lots of sales people to help. We had a quick question and it was answered pdq. And just like that in under 10 minutes, we had a new TV. While we were there, I also looked at their washers and dryers just to get an idea of their selection. So many of the newer machines are now electronic, but I really don't need anything so high tech. Prices include delivery and installation and for a small fee they will also remove your old machines. That's good to know.

Recently went to Best Buy to get one adapter/cable thing for a friend outside of the United States. And they knew Best Buy sold it. So, I went at a non busy time. The employees were very confused what I was looking for even though I showed them a picture. After 3 employees helped me, finally they realized what it was. I would say some more training and product knowledge is needed for the employees at this store. Or next time I just need to order online and have it shipped to my home instead of dealing with the customer service aspect. Their website is user friendly and easy to use when checking their products. The store it self is clean and big. They have many laptops and other electronics inventory like cameras, tv, and other gadgets. It's located in Boynton Beach near Congress Avenue.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a store. I spent thousands of dollars on appliances and a TV. The TV did not function properly and they strung me along for six months. When I finally called the 800 number it was resolved in a matter of moments. I don't trust anything about the store anymore. Go anywhere else
