On 7/27/23 I bought a dishwasher at Store No. 1111. It was to be delivered and installed the following Tuesday (8/1). Then I was called and told Wednesday. Then the installer called me from the store and advised that there was no dishwasher there to be picked up. He told me that I have to take it up with the store. I spoke to the manager, Charles who indicated he would call me back. A few hours later I received a call back from his assistant, Tony who said that the dishwasher was in another store and that they would have it within 48 and would then contact the installer to have it installed. Now it is 8/7 and I have heard from no one. I called the store and was disconnected twice. I then called what I think is customer service at (800) 445-6337. My first two calls were again dropped. By the third conversation, the representative, Shalinda refused to put me on with a supervisor until I told her my whole story so I did and then I finally got a supervisor named...Karen. Karen was very helpful---NOT. She told me that it would be kicked back to the store and that someone would call me within 24 hours. After several days of waiting, I called the store back and was put on hold for an hour and ten minutes (I left my phone on speaker while I worked) before I hung up. This went on for about a month. Then, having never received my dishwasher, I filed a demand for arbitration. LOOK AT THE PAPERWORK YOU SIGN. YOU'RE AGREEING TO ARBITRATION. I BELIEVE THAT TO BE VERY DISADVANTAGEOUS. About 30 days after they got my demand for arbitration, they finally called me. Bottom line: 3 months later I got my dishwasher. They gave me about $300 refund for my trouble and I donated it because I'm not interested in a freebie. I just want the company or maybe this store (Store No. 1111) to get it right. In the meantime, I suggest you AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We had Rowan help us look for kitchen appliances today and his customer service was great. He was able to help us with the dimensions, what would fit best into our kitchen and was helpful looking at stock in other stores even when Lowe's did not have them available. If you need any 5 star assistance then please look for this gentleman. Thank you for making the experience enjoyable.

i would give them 5 stars, but after buying 9 appliances, the sales people, should be more knowledgeable. 1. we purchased stackable washer/Dryer that weren't stackable, because you have to be over 6' to read the top dial (we now have them side by side) 2. we purchased a induction stove top with a hood, and they did not tell us that there is a hood of the same manufacture, that if you forget to turn off the burner, the hood feels the heat and goes on automatically. i which the sales people at Lowes were more knowledgeable.

I was wanting to buy some merchandise that was on sale in Pompano Beach, light, they asked me to go to Boynton Beach, they had a piece and they had to sell it to me, I got there, they didn't give me the merchandise and they left me waiting at 3:00 am and what if I If you were, you wouldn't go into that store, they don't care about the Homer Depot customer, yes, they are attentive to their customers.

I would say that the staff here were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything we asked for. They knew exactly where everything was and even remembered the numbers of the aisles when they told me where to look for stuff. Besides that it's pretty much like all the other Lowe's stores, really big, filled with hardware, appliances, tools, and garden supplies. Huge parking lot, the usual.

Lowe's has become my go-to store for all my home improvement projects, and my recent trip to the Boynton Beach location was a pleasant one. I needed to install a projector and required a stud finder along with some other materials. As with any hardware store, Lowe's has an extensive range of items, but sometimes finding them can be a bit challenging, even with their signs. During this visit, I asked the first sales associate for help, and they knew exactly where the items were located and directed me accordingly. However, I still couldn't find them, so I approached the next sales associate for further clarification. They were just as helpful, and thanks to their guidance, I was able to locate all the materials I needed for my project. In general, the associates at Lowe's are friendly and ready to assist. One noticeable change is the increasing number of self-checkout stations, which makes the shopping experience more efficient for those who prefer a quick in-and-out process. The price for my project items generally I find a good value. Sometimes you just have to be intuitive shopper to see what sales they have but more importantly, sometimes for example, the stud finder, somehow fancier features in others, but at the end of the day all I really need is a simplicity without all the bells and whistles. Overall, Lowe's in Boynton Beach remains my preferred choice for home improvement projects. The helpful staff and the convenience of self-checkout make it a reliable and enjoyable shopping destination. I look forward to my next visit!

For management to know who was working, this was experience on Saturday, 07/08/23 during the morning shift during opening. The 3 workers for curbside pick up all had negative attitudes.I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Lowes that has left me thoroughly disappointed with their customer service. I had ordered a grill for curbside pickup, but despite waiting for half an hour, no one came to bring it out to me. Frustrated, I decided to go inside and check on my order, only to find that it wasn't busy at all, and no one was preparing my order. When I approached the employees for assistance, they made excuses claiming that the grill wouldn't fit inside my car and that it was too heavy to lift inside. It became clear to me that they simply didn't want to help move the grill. This lack of willingness to assist customers is completely unacceptable. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel my order. I strongly advise against visiting this Lowes location, as their poor customer service and lack of effort to fulfill orders are major letdowns. Save yourself the frustration and find a store that values their customers and provides the service they promise.

I love shopping at Lowe's. The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. I find everything that I've come in to purchase. The only problem is I see too many plants that are hard for me to resist add too many projects that I want to get started on.

This was a pretty good Lowe's. The store is huge. And the parking lot is more than big enough to hold all the cars plus plus. It's easy to get to as it's just off the interstate. And they were not busy when we got there -- so no waiting to check out either. We found what we wanted easily enough. My husband used his app to locate the proper aisle. And we also checked out the large garden department while there, too. I'm sure we will return..

This particular Lowe's Home Improvement is located on the corner of Woolbright Road and Corporate Drive. It is just off of Interstate 95 and is located in a spacious parcel of land. There is plenty of parking and again, it is a very convenient location.Overall, it was a pretty positive experience. The staff was friendly and I was able to get what I needed and get in and out and a reasonable amount of time.

Just talk with John at the desk to get whatever you need done, been there like 6 years or something and knows everything you'll need to know. They take care of customers very well, so if you plan to shop there a lot, get in touch.
