Debra was extremely rude to my mother in law today. Today my mother in law went to purchase yarn and use a coupon. Debra was so nasty an condescending. Debra should never be working as a manager. I feel sorry for her employees. Debra should not work with the public and should be kept in the back stocking shelves. Her skillset is poor and she is not very knowledgeable of her store and products. I hope no one else has to deal with her and rude attitude. We will keep her in our prayers and hopefully she can learn to be helpful instead of hurtful. She will not be a manager for very much longer.

I don't get why they post store hours if they're going to lock the doors 15 minutes before closing??? I rushed there from work to get one thing which I knew where it was located would've been in and out but the door was locked and I could see the worker ignoring me. Did I mention there were people inside still?

Why is this store even open if the workers don't want to help? I went to simply return an online order item and the employee, Margaret, didn't want to help in returning an item. Per Joann's online policy I should be able to return an online order item in store. However Margaret was absolutely no help in manually entering the return saying that I have call customer service and a bunch of other nonsense. After driving 20 minutes to the location I got nothing but a waste of time and an attitude. I hope other Joann's in the area have better customer service but I honestly recommend everyone to steer clear of this location./

The young girl that works there is so sweet and helpful the older white woman is the most bitter, rudest person and should maybe retire. She was rude to me and the other three customers. Not the first time she’s been miserable.

They closed the door ten minutes prior to close time. The employee was being rude when asked to open the doors and where to find the item. She was also discriminative.The item and prices listed online does not reflect to in-store.

More than five people walked out because the store manager was so rude. She would not help anyone with anything and she didn't care. She said it's holiday season Go find somewhere else to shop. I think the owner needs to know but no one knows who that is or would tell me don't go there. It's not worth it. Go to Walmart

The n federal location today at approximately 10:45 am Debra was rude. She pushed my cart out of the way knocking over stock. She pushed it into me and was drowning and cursed me under her breath. The other female with drastic red hair made sure her badge was unreadable and refused to help me make a large purchase for my church. I needed 50 items or activity sets. I was treated very rude compared to how the Caucasian shoppers were treated. I was in disbelief as to how much money I've spent in over 20 yrs. These staff should not be allowed to treat customers this way. I am going to contact management NOW and Corporate. I am absolutely floored at how much racists treatment I received from Debra and red haired un badged female.

Horrible customer service. No one was knowledgeable in anything to do with fabric/sewing. Employees seem agitated that u even ask a question.go to Michaels or hobbie lobby!

Came here to purchase fabric for table cloths, lady that works there was very rude and unpleasant and ripped the fabric from my hands. She said I wasn’t allowed to unravel the fabric from the cardboard , but mind you how else was I suppose to see the length of the fabric cloth, will never shop here or support this business with such rude employees I would suggest Micheals on Congress in Boynton beach.

Worst Customer Service I’ve seen in a long time. The (apparently the) “Manager” was rude and non-cooperative. I asked a few questions about some fabric I was trying to match, she bluntly said “I have no opinion and don’t know what type of fabric it is”. I showed a sample and asked, this is a fabric store, right, does anyone know anything about fabrics? Her answer: “Not here”…I was flabbergasted. She finally took me to one of the aisles, pointed the whole aisle and said, “Find it whatever you want, it should be somewhere here”. Incredible…if you don’t like working there or with Customers, give your job to somebody else and if you’re having a bad day, call in sick or something. Horrible experience. Her name I think is Debora…Go to another store, folks.
