“This is one of several gift stores nestled among restaurants on Lake Ave in downtown Lake Worth. It is the most elegant of the gift shops. While other stores have a mix of new and old or carry Florida souvenirs, Beresford Manor specializes in high quality items made in France. The inspiration for Beresford Manor came from the owners trips to France where they embraced the phrase art de vivre which translates to English as the art of living. The shop opened in 1993 and they have been in business for 30 years in downtown Lake Worth. As soon as you open the door you feel welcomed in both English and French.I came in looking for a birthday gift for a friend who loves lavender. I found the perfect item on a cart filled with bath items made with lavender from Provence. The narrow store is long and there are several rooms of linens, kitchen items, accessories, folding umbrellas, and personal care items from all over France. The melamine serving trays and bright colored placemats were especially pretty. They had a great selection of dish towels too as well as gorgeous fabric and wall paper so you can give your home the French country look. Prices ranged from a few dollars to much more. Service was top notch and friendly. I'll be back to shop for some Christmas presents.”

“This place is amazing!!! Last year, I had a really horrible experience with the edible arrangements in Boyton and getting a birthday arrangement delivered to my mom. All said and done, it was over a week late, the fruit was going bad, and some of the add-ons were incorrect. I was very hesitant to do business with any edible arrangement store locations after that, but decided to give this location a try. They did not disappoint. The delivery driver attempted to call my mom 3 times when she wasn't home and then placed a call to me. My mom actually called back while I was on the phone with the delivery driver, and the 2 of them were able to come up with a solution so she could get her arrangement. The driver went above and beyond to make sure she got it on her birthday! In addition, the arrangement was exactly what I ordered. I would highly recommend this location.”

“Just left this shop and I have to say, I’m shocked by the poor reviews/ratings. I went in to redeem a free 6-count of chocolate covered strawberries and the lady and gentleman working behind the counter could not have been friendlier. Not only was my customer experience top notch, but I also heard the gentleman telling a customer how to save money on his Valentine’s Day order. I wish I had caught their names so I could give proper credit. The cherry on top - as I was getting ready to leave, the gentleman handed me a flower. Totally made my day. Thank you both!”
