I looked terrible in my daughter's eyes, because, I placed my order at least 48 hours in advance, and THEY NEVER DELIVERED IT, what a lack of professionalism, DO NOT order anything from this place they are terrible with not only customer service but not delivering anything when scheduled, they're only good at taking your money, SPECIAL DAYS CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED!!!!!!

I had two different experiences where the orders were never delivered and there was no communication. Called the store several times and no one answered or called back. First was Valentine's Day and the other when my close family member passed away. Do not use edible arrangements.

I order edible arrangements for Valentine’s Day and the order was never delivered. It’s the day after valentines and I want my money back. I don’t want to hear the excuse if you had too many orders to deliver for Valentine’s Day then you should have never taken my order.

Just left this shop and I have to say, I’m shocked by the poor reviews/ratings. I went in to redeem a free 6-count of chocolate covered strawberries and the lady and gentleman working behind the counter could not have been friendlier. Not only was my customer experience top notch, but I also heard the gentleman telling a customer how to save money on his Valentine’s Day order. I wish I had caught their names so I could give proper credit. The cherry on top - as I was getting ready to leave, the gentleman handed me a flower. Totally made my day. Thank you both!

I have them another chance after hearing there were new owners and I must say the everything was much better. The staff was friendly, helpful and cared about the quality of their product. A five star rating has been earned. Great job !!

This place is not responsive at all. Normally I do not leave bad reviews but this had to be done. I don't want anyone else to be put in this position. I regret not reading the other reviews prior to ordering. Delivery of a sympathy basked which I paid over $100 for was supposed to be on the 9th of Dec. When I received the notification that the item could not be delivered I attempted to call the location with no response. I have called multiple times. No one ever answered. I left a voice mail and still no call back. I have been trying to cancel the order. Cooperate attempted to call and they didn't even answer them either. Now I have to wait 48 to see if they will even give me a refund. The intended recipient is going out of state today in order to attend his mother's funeral. So another attempt at delivery would be pointless as this item should've been delivered 3 days ago. 3 days ago meaning even if they tried another delivery the quality would be terrible. I'm so disappointed and I feel terrible as this gift was purchased with money collected by our office in an effort to show support for a grieving friend. At this point I would like the money back to just gift it to him for anything he may need. This is so sad and frustrating

Took my money it’s been a week no delivery and no answer I show up to the location I placed the order from and they have this sign up! No one answers calls or messages !! Customer service will not help and neither will the BBB! Stay away shop local!!

I met 0 stars!My husband Wil placed an order for my birthday for pick up, he went there early in the morning to place an order. He asked the employee about the different prices on the edible arrangements, she had no clue, she proceeds to go on the internet to look at the prices online, their internet service at the store was either not paid or not working. So they manually placed the order, the cashier did not have any change, he came back with the exact change; the cashier told him the inventory was limited with fruits and items. He places the order with whatever they had at the time. He then returned 5 hours later to pick up the order and the order was never got started on. Employees are walking off the job.Even they said the place was very unorganized and they quit. My husband was exited to surprise me with these edible arrangements, he was highly upset and disappointed.We would not recommend this place to anyone!They lack professionalism and poor management.
