Dropped my car off to be worked on. They told.me two days. I came back two days latter to see it in the same spot i.left it
They did nothing.

Service was great. Professional and honest. Staff was easy to work with. They speak English and Spanish. The shop is well staffed with mechanics. The waiting room is spacious. I wish they had a coffee machine, however that is trivial.
Highly recommended!

East Coast is a great place for your car with good pricing. However the staff, specifically Charlie, a.k.a. Carlos, does not have the best follow up for the client. It seems like our best interest is not in his cards. A simple balancing of the tries was requested 4 times over four days. He would brush me off by saying he would talk to the "tech". After a week, my car is ready and I ask about the balancing of my tires. Once again responding with the same answer, "let me talk to the tech". Seems like my request for a service was not as important to him the first, nor the following four times. They offered the balancing on the spot, clearly seeing my discomfort with them. Carlos was not at all helpful during this entire thing, so just a fair warning when you go here. If you talk to Carlos, you should probably speak with another staff member. In his defense and according to him, Carlos said "he is not in charge of the techs and is not responsible for being on their backs about it." but he should at least be in charge of the customer's needs and request of service when they go to this body shop for aid with their vehicles.

Yesterday I went to change the oil and they detected a bottle of engine oil and they fixed it for me with excellent work and excellent service. And they know very well what they are doing, thanks again

Took my Ford F-150 to East Coast, had an oil leak they checked it said it was the oil pan gasket dripping replace gasket did a great job no more leaks very happy recommend very highly great people.

Radiator was dangerously low on coolant causing the air-conditioner to malfunction and engine to overheat.
Thank goodness I discovered East Coast Auto.
They are very thorough and reasonably priced and most importantly honest.
UODATE:
On March 1, 2024 I took my car to East Coast Auto in Boynton Beach because there was a vibration when braking, along with a shuffling noise.
An estimate was written-up by Carlos who diagnosed the problem as ‘Engine or Transmission Mount, Control Arm Assembly.’ Total repair cost $1,695.20.
Decided to take my automobile to two other auto repair shops just to get a second opinion.
BOTH SHOPS stated my car only needed rotor replacements and new brake pads plus an alignment. Total Cost $550.
As a previous loyal customer and a 68 year old female I wrote and expressed my outrage at being scammed.
So far no one has replied.
Recommend that You Don’t Trust This Place.

I went there to have my car checked because it said check brake when I got there they told me they would give me an answer in 30 minutes they never called me they waited until they about to close they called me they said they will give me an estimate in the morning. I called them in the morning they said I’m working in the estimate I’ll send it to you in a few minutes after 2 hours I called them again they said hold on they never come to the phone I had to hang up the phone when I went there at 2pm I said where’s the estimate they acting like they don’t know me they broke my windshield they said the motor broke but when I brought the vehicle windshield worked perfect never again I suggest you not to fully trust these people bad bad bad service and the owner wife told me not to come again they have no service God bless them

I checked 2 other repair shops in Boynton and this shop offered half of the price. Staff are very pleasant and professional and will provide you the best advice for your car.

A/C stopped working. Took it in for inspection. Was shown what the issue was and given a quote for repair. No shady stuff. Very professional.

Great Service / Treated like family.I found this mechanic shop on Groupon. The one thing you will notice from the moment you walk in is their warm and friendly front desk (Carolina & Carolina).Then the Mechanic (Julio) was super friendly and explained everything very clearly. He even suggested certain repairs were not needed as the parts still have "life" in them!Later on I found out that Julio is the Owner! Truly felt like a family in that place.Their prices are comparable, but their service is superb!

Totally sucks. Carlos and Carolina are thieves in tandem. Did not call me back, but stalled me for 2 hours and then said I owed them $240 for labor on a job that should never been started. They wanted originally to charge me $883 for the job. I solved the problem myself for a $17.23 product from Walmart, which they were aware of but still decided to stall me. Unprofessional and pathetic!

Big rip-off! I brought my car to this place recently. Never again! A weasel called Carlos quoted me a price of $883 for a valve cover gasket. I went home and did some research and found a product that would essentially fi the same thing by stopping the leak. I called and asked Carlos if he was famiiar with it and he said he would call back. He did not. What he did was stall me for two hours and then announced that I owed them $240 for 2 hours labor, when he could have not started the job until he called me back.Another culprit in this is Carolina, who said if I didn’t pay for the labor, they would not put the car back together and I would have to pay for towing. To top off this nightmare, they charged me $18 just to use my credit card. These people are thieves, no more no less.P.S. The $17.23 product actually worked, no more leak!

Stumbled upon this place, after rescheduling at multiple dealerships/auto service centers. The lady working the front desk (Carolina? I believe?) is SO welcoming and warm, makes you feel very comfortable walking into this environment! She immediately asked me if I had a Groupon, I responded "I didn't even know! I just came here because I found you on the map!" "Okay well we will honor the Groupon!" How awesome is that?! I have high hopes for this place! I have a 2020 Mazda 3hatchback with 52k miles on it because I drive. A LOT. I needed an oil change/tire rotation, and a vehicle inspection of other things that might need changed/replaced. Ended up needing a new air filter, and rear brake pads need replacing. Amazing staff, and great prices. I think I FINALLY found my safe haven to take my car!
