terrible costumer service by a overly fat lady named LIDIA! Extremely rude ! No manners, has a comment for everything you return. She does costumer service in the front desk, you can miss her she sits down in the corner. If you ever want to process a return do not go to her!

The Man working the return service counter was AWESOME, unfortunately I got the opinionated woman. Really?Shoe return WITH Receipt but was lectured on not having the scan bar with item cause it was in my garage can covered in red sauce. Apparently she suggested that next time I still bring it in. REALLY??? Like do you think there will be a next time? Do you think I won't wait for the nice man b4 sticking my hands in garbage sauce?Learn some customer service. PERIOD!

The tire center is horrible. Ordered tires online and two weeks later still not in. One week after ordered said they were delivered, made an appointment for installation the following week. Day of appointment they said the tires haven't been delivered. I requested a refund. Should take 3-5 days before money is returned. We will see if that happens. Won't be going back there. I'm

Today was a 1st I was robbed at the pump.gas at no.14. It was so strange as I filled up it was going so slow. The final amount was 17 gal. My car was 1/4 full. My tank holds 15 gallons. So the over charged pump at 15+ dollars. The attendant blew me off. So I bought air. Everyone using that pump got 5 gal of air.

Went in for a tire repair on one of my wheels. Billy was extremely helpful, very professional, knowledgeable and got it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Of course free air right next to the center is great too! Thank you again!

I love BJs! I shop at BJs weekly and get gas weekly from them as well. Their gas is always cheaper when compared to other local stations nearby. I suggest going early morning or before they close because the gas line is very long. Sunday mornings BJs has samples out now and I love stopping by each one! The store is clean and they have great products to choose from. Same vibe as Costco just no food court and not as large. If you're local, I recommend getting a membership to take advantage of whole sale prices and items.

I purchased my tires 6/7/23 five days ago. I still have not received a call for the tire installation. I've been calling every day to see if my tires are there and every day the phone call drops getting in touch with them is horrible. You cannot just walk in there purchase a tire and have them put on. It's impossible unless you're buying a cheap tire that's been sitting on the rack for months. Derrick the supervisor for the tire center is not very friendly or informative. When I finally got someone on the phone, he told me I needed my receipts in order for him to look up my purchase. When I called the second and third time, I got a different gentleman on the phone and he was able to pull up my information with my phone number so, the gentleman that answered the phone the first two times either didn't know what to do maybe he was in trained properly or maybe he was too lazy to look up the information I don't know. Communication is zero I'm frustrated it's been five days and still no tires but yet they took my money with no issues. These guys need to be trained on their computer system better the supervisor needs help because it seems like he's the only one that knows how to work the computer system everyone else there is super lazy.

I was in the Boynton Beach area and decided to get batteries at this BJ"s. As I walked into the store, I was amazed on the HD picture quality of their TVs. I used to work for a company that sold the electronic polyester film component to the Samsung TV screens so I was very familiar with the brand and the technology. They had an 85" HD Samsung TV for less than $1,000 (after rebate). What a good deal and the colors were amazing...all you need is a large enough wall to hang this monster...LOL.Anyway, the batteries are a good deal here since you get lots of them for a low unit price and they last for almost a decade, so no need to be running back to the store to get more. Easy checkout using the self checkout lanes. Very busy parking lot though, this is one of the busiest BJ's I have been to.

The most horrible customer service, do not shop here and order online. I ordered, my credit card was charged and I was told I would receive my order around 4, then I received an email saying they were running late and would be here around 5:45, then i got a text saying they were working on it, then around 8 another person texted me and said she was taking over my order and working on it, it would be on the way soon, I sat here all day waiting, if they just would have said they weren't coming I would have gotten my shopping done, instead they kept emailing and texting me until after 9:00 PM and then just didn't show up. iF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD

Do NOT buy bagged salad from here.. they FREEZE it! Salad doesn't freeze... I bought 2 bags opened both the same day and both were spoiled. You can see the little pieces of ice. It was gross

I visited this Bj's three weeks ago. I was on the hunt for an item that seemed to have almost completely disappeared from stores and online! In my desperation, I looked on Bj's website for this item in other stores since I know that BJ's stock this item. The website stated said item was in stock yay but at Bj's Boynton Beach. Oh wow!!! Living in Fort Lauderdale, I was not sure that I would be able to attain item, but I was determined!!! I had to have it! I made a phone call and spoke to Jenna. Extremely helpful and courteous!!! She honestly is the reason that I decided to take the long drive up here! Seriously, she is awesome times 1,000!!! :D Once there I found the items! I then shopped around and found other cool items not stocked in stores nearer to my home. After going to the register, I spoke with Melody (I hope that's her name) and had a pleasant conversation with her. I loved that I had such a positive experience here! According to my GPS, it would be 59 minutes for me to get here from my Fort Lauderdale home. Yes, it was a long ride, but I got exactly what I wanted, and as many as I needed and wanted. Excellent staff and one of my best retail experiences! Thank you, BJ's Boynton Beach!!!

I have to say ever since Covid started this store has gone down the drain and it is very unsatisfactory when you walk into this store the way you are treated and greeted by any associate. I was doing some shopping Wednesday 3/9 when I happen to come across a full size mattress and I didn't even know bjs sold mattresses. Upon looking I had no intentions that day of purchasing one but when I saw there sign and saw the awesome deal I couldn't leave without purchasing one for my daughter who has been wanting a new mattress for quite sometime. When I went to ask an associate to help me he took the mattress and put it on a cart took it to the front and left me by myself with my other shopping cart of groceries. As I was standing in line this woman in front of me approached me and asked me about my Mattress and at that point spiked her interest because I told her that the sign showed they were having an amazing deal that I could not resist so it turned out that two customers wanted to purchase this mattress instead of one when the cashier went to scan the mattress it did not come up as the price that was shown above the mattress so I show the associate the picture that I took that showed the amount that the mattress was on sale for another associate from South check out came over to assist us who was extremely unprofessional nasty and rude told us they would not honor that price and walked away from the customer in front of me that was still speaking to her with her back turned because she did not want to help us everybody refused to get a manager to come up to the front so we could show him the discrepancy that showed the sign was clearly wrong with the amount that we were told the mattress was on sale for after standing there for 20 minutes a assistant manager came up we walked her to the back to show her the sign clearly was above our height for anything to be changed because the mattresses are very high up on the shelf that it requires somebody to help you she was also very rude and said that they were not honoring the Mattress that was coming up regular price when the store was the one that made the mistake and put the sign underneath the wrong item as we were walking back up to the front I was already on the phone with Customer Service filing a complaint at that point they still refused to get the store manager to come up front so we could explain to him the problem that we were having after another 10 minutes of standing up front the lady really walked back up and said we will honor at this one time and that is it now I am suffering from a fall that I had 10 feet from my attic two months ago where I suffered a broken back with three brain bleeds and a fracture in the back of my head so clearly I was in no right frame of mind to be able to help lift a heavy mattress like that into my vehicle so I left the mattress there until I could return the next day with my husband's truck so that an associate would be able to help me put it into my vehicle when I showed back up the next day I stood in line at customer service for 15 minutes with a line full of people there's a lot of associates standing around when they clearly could've got up to Customer Service to help the lady that was there by herself helping other customers it was about to rain so I was trying to hurry up and get the mattress to get it home so that my brand new mattress that I purchased would not get ruined the associate was very nasty at the counter and grabbed my receipt from my hand took the cart and left it in the middle of the store and said here is your mattress and walked away when I asked for an associate to help me bring it to my vehicle she said no ma'am we cannot do that you have to do it yourself so I had to take my mattress out of the parking lot with a recovering broken back and hurt myself even more lifting this humongous mattress into the back of my truck because of the unprofessionalism that took place at the store twice when I went I am already looking into other stores such as Sam's and Costco so I can cancel

When you walk in the first thing you get a nasty person demanding to see you card -- other BJ is not like this. Can not find a person to help to get a large package off the shelf. The place is totally disorganized could not find the soda aisle - no one to ask. Will not be back at this location it seems the inmates are running the asylum. Could not wait to get out of the store, bought an air fryer that now needs to be returned did not work. Avoid the Boynton Beach store for customer service and satisfaction is not their top priorty.
