Waiting around 40 mins for the one employee with a key ( 6-7 other employees running around but none could help as only one " had a key " . Finally when my turn is called thru a stupid QR code log in , they said they don't have the item they have advertised for sale and on display . Can't even put up a sign ? What kind of people do they hire there if they can't trust them with a key to products ? No more Best Buy for me ...

Felt bad for Best Buy, looks somewhat empty and a lot of returns on the floor, unclear if it was my imagination. Everyone super friendly and helpful.

It's Best buy. I wouldn't suggest asking for help for anything cuz you won't find any help. But if you're trying to find out what things look like before you order online, good place to go

There was a time when I could depend on BestBuy employees to give me product advice. Well I can’t find help now. I even went up front to “sign in”. I waited in PlayStation for 15 minutes and no one came. On my way out I picked up an iTunes card but the front had a long line with only one gal at the register, she was also doubling at customer service. Our line didn’t move so I left. I did research on line and educated myself and likely will spend $500-$600 at Amazon.

Still one of the better remaining big retail electronic stores. Overall fair prices on a wide range of electronic products with best deals usually found in TV section and computers. Always check out the weekly electronic newsletter on BB web page to view various product specials which offer substantial savings on for instance headphones, coffee makers, laptops and mobile phones. Always a fun place to stop by and check out store products for 30 minutes or so even if you have no specific reason if going there.

Purchased 2 HP Printers this past weekend both were defective and both HP andBest Buy blame the other but neither are any help or assistance to resolve my problem.Store manager told me it’s a customer service issue, I called customer service and wasTold it has to be handled on store level mean while nobody wants to help.

Could not price match an item that was advertised for the sale location online, so I was told to order it and pick up next day. I did and my order was cancel, even after the purchase was made. People trying to give their local business some business. For future references do your self a favor and buy online, more convenient, better prices and hustle free.

Geyris is Amazing, Very Professional and Courteous of our Time. After Visiting 2 Home Depot’s and A Lowe’s where We were not Provided any Customer Service, We decided to try one more stop before giving up.All we wanted was a washer and Dryer.Geyris found us what we wanted and helped us with all we needed and delivered within Days. Not enough people working here. Went in for a phone. I was signed in and there was no one there to help me after waiting for 15 minutes, I left. The department was empty. The Samsung salesperson was great. There were a few people working but they were unable to help me. I was the first and only in line shopping for cell phone plans.

Store uses deceptive practices to get you to purchase a membership, Best Buy refuses to price match, found the product $200 cheaper, and Best Buy will not match the price and cancel the membership that I did not order. Sad that the lost a long term customer.
