Great store the woman who was in charge.. I explained that I didn't have my coupons with me.. She said that there was no problem I signed up for a program where I spent $20 on becoming a bed and bed member.. They instantly gave me $10 back and 20% off of my entire purchase.. Since I just moved in to a new apartment this was perfect as I bought over a $1000 worth of stuff for the apartment and an only cost me $800.. This staff was incredibly friendly.. The store was incredibly clean and impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly want for your home.. If you are in the market for items for your house or apartment.. I highly recommend this Bed Bath & Beyond.. They go above and beyond to help their customers.. I was very happy with their service and I give them 5 stars..??

Save your time by going to this store they have absolutely no inventory. What a shame especially with the holidays comming up ! What is worse they only have 3 sales people running the whole store. The management is very poor. Store employee told me they ordered a bunch of expensive rugs that doesn't even sell and the cheaper merchandise that would sell they don't have. Actually went in there for a electric toothbrush wound up coming out with nothing. So sad because at 1 time this store used to be very reliable and fully stocked now it is a shame. Would not recommend this store anymore.

I Visited today, the store on 371 N. Congress Ave. Boynton Beach, Fl. 33426I have always been disappointed in the services at this store. It was as I remembered, no assistance. Only one assisted me, Danielle , everybody else walked by like they didn't see me or another customer.viewed

Many people have negated BBB but personally I happen to love it! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The items for sale are new and interesting. They accept all of their coupons. Yes the shelves are not quite as full as they once were but we are still going through a panendemic and businesses are still in recovery mode. So enjoy walking the aisles and be happy BBB is still open and with our support they will continue to be.

Great store but out of a lot of things, there selection really got hit hard , it’s not after the pandemic and they are so empty still it’s almost like their going out of business soon.
