Worst customer service experience I've ever had at a Wells Fargo!!! Went in to transfer 20k to a title company and the teller tells me I can do that on the WF app. I would like to do it in the bank with assistance, calls the only girl sitting at the desk, she states she can't do it. Leave and have drive to the next Wells Fargo about 2 miles away, great customer services, helped me with everything! Stay away from this bank, lazy, unfriendly employees!

I was scammed with a cashiers check that bounced and before it bounced I had a bad feeling so I called Wells Fargo twice, both people I spoke to told me since the balance shows in my account there’s nothing to worry about. After a few days all the money I deposited from the check was gone from my account. I went back to the bonita branch where I deposited the check and the woman employee was very nice and really tried to help but the guy employee I spoke to with the braces told me it’s MY fault I didn’t verify with the teller if it was a valid check and there’s nothing he can do for me. I’m pretty sure it’s the banks job to verify these things not mine. I also expected my bank to have fraud protection and to have my back after being a customer with them for over a decade, and this banker to be a little more helpful then to just put me in a room alone and call WELLS FARGO for help while I’m at a Wells Fargo branch. I know I’m never going to the bonita branch again and if Wells Fargo doesn’t resolve this fraud issue and put my money back into my account I’m switching banks and investing my money elsewhere. No customer deserves to go through what I went through or be treated the way I was treated. This is absolutely devastating.

I was wiring money with assistance from a banker, said it would be there in a couple hours, found out 4 hours later it still wasn't there. Went back to the bank to let him know the financial advisor's assistant said there is a second step she would help him with and he got up from his desk and left, came back and tossed a paper on the desk and said it has left Wells Fargo. DID NOT HELP, NOR WOULD HE HELP. Very rude and unconcerned about my issue.

Unfortunately, the inside service is slow inside the bank. You may have better service in the drive thru.

That's my go to bank. Have had my share of troubles with the financial advisor on 951 and 41 in Naples Fl. James my advisor cost me probate fees to the tune of over 4,000. Why, because he did the paperwork wrong at my cost to the large sum I had to pay, for Mr. James Rocco. I have another advisor Trudell Kolpack. So far so good, still thinking about changing banks, for Wells Fargo has cost me alot of money. Sad, I've been with you since Wacova. Wish I had more faith in my bank! Lori L. Greco

Terrible customer service. Was traveling, wanted to break 100, told me if I did not have an active account they could not break it. Since when can they not help somebody in need. Fortunately fifth third bank was across the street and they do an amazing job or banking. And they are my bank. Not going anywhere! That's not the way to get customers with multiple businesses to use you!

Doing the regular things everyday is what we all expect from a business. When the rubber meets the road is when you find out your value in your employee. I know because I run the top rated insulation company in MN . Megan the branch manager is humble and she handled a situation that was all bad and turned it to all good . There was confusion on thier end about funds. I was hot and caused a scene . It was Friday . I was not happy. She called me right when she got in this am to apologize and assure me everything was OK. She forgave me as well . We had a great conversation . She was really looking out for my best interest even though I didn't think so at the time . She is a fellow MN native as well ! Anyone can handle the day to day things but it takes a special person to handle the wild crazy and heated situation and de escalate it and make it better than it was before said incident. Megan did this in a major way . Wells is blessed to have her run that branch which deals with alot of high volume customers . Kudos to Wells for keeping the right people in place . I am sure she will be moving up and has continued to rise from the start there . Thanks again . I love wells again !

Just wanted to point out Mr. Portillo , he did an amazing job resolving an issue with my account , he was always in communication with me and addressed the matter promptly, thank you su much for putting interested in the customer like you did.

I've had major issues with Wells Fargo corporate and considered closing all my accounts several times. Max Bondi at this branch went above and beyond, and resolved all issues. I highly recommend his branch and chatting with him if you're frustrated or ever have issues with your accounts.
