Absolutely horrendous pharmacy. The staff are all rude and they take forever acknowledging you. They’re always in a rush when you ask questions about your medicine and they try to push you away quickly. It’s always an hour ordeal every time I pick up my prescription. The drive through is incredibly slow as well. Definitely recommend choosing another Walgreens location.

The woman from New York that works the cash is very rude. Maybe it's just her nature but she needs to be way more pleasant. When I called her on her attitude she argued with me and told me never to come back.

Waited on hold for 34 minutes before they picked up, and hung up on me… There’s no excuse for this behavior, I waited ample time to talk to someone.

The bad: with no line - zero cars in front of me, it was 8 minutes before anyone came to the window to wait on me.The good: I took the Covid test - they emailed results to me in only 45 mins!

Worst pharmacy. FYI pharmacist takes lunch from 1-3. Tried to pickup twice after confirmation text. Always an issue here not the first time. I failed to switch at urgent care to the Walgreens at pelican. Never a problem there.

Horrible customer service. Waited on the phone for 1.5 hours because they kept putting me on hold without actually answering. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone that has a life, family or a job. So pretty much wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

your pharmacist is a very very rude man he should not yell at your customers in front of other people and he should come himself down and not yell at your employees when they ask a question if he's that overwhelmed with his job he should not be there. and install instead of telling people they are wrong maybe he should listen to what they're trying to say. but it's okay cuz CVS took care of the problem

I waited 10+ minutes at the pharmacy counter while the tech pecked away on her computer. What happened to customer service? You USED to wait on the customer right away. I should have gone to the manager. VERY ANNOYING .

With so many choices in the pharmacyworld I would strongly recommend avoiding this place, the pharmacy staff is disengaged, non empathetic and really unprofessional. Walgreens corporate needs to pay this team a visit, understanding you can only do so much but be kind about it as don’t forget your customer is your lifeline. Good luck.

I was warned by a friend not to use this pharmacy, but had a prescription to transfer from a Michigan Walgreens, so gave them a try. Pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent!! Numerous times they have mishandled a prescription or failed to transfer from my old pharmacy. The last instance, I was tranferring a non-narcotic blood pressure med from CVS across street (CVS was great, but didn't take new insurance), Walgreens said it'd be 48 hours to do so. I came back 3 days later and they had no idea who I was or what I was talking about!! Then more recently I was attempting to get a refill of a prescription I had at a Walgreens in MI. Although they had info on their computer, for some reason they said it'd take 72 hours to even call the MI Walgreens to transfer, rudely reminding me that there were many people in front of me (Bonita Pharmacy called MI Walgreens and had it done almost immediately). So I called the MI Walgreens, and they said to talk to manager at FL Walgreens and hung up on me!! Needless to say, I'm done with ALL Walgreens pharmacies. I tranferred all prescriptions to Bonita Pharmacy and got amazing service (they have 5 stars).I see why this Walgreens has so many 1 star ratings, and I think a lot of the problem is that they're under staffed and management is unable to hire and/or train people to the level they need to be to work in a very busy pharmacy. Other than the pharmacy, this Walgreens is ok.

Always understaffed which negativity impacts virtually every single aspect of their business. I feel awful for the employees because they take the brunt of customer frustrations.

Put on hold by someone picking up phone and hearing their conversation and then them putting me back on hold 7 times. Very unfriendly over phone.
