I really recommend getting a better staff. First time ordering here. Estimated delivery time was 30 min. Sometimes that's not accurate, I get it. But I got an update 30 minutes after I placed my order saying my delivery is on the way. I live next door to the store. Literally. Same side street. Takes approximately 30 seconds to get to my house. It's now been over an hour and I still have no food. I called the store and they said my food left but sorry, other orders were ahead of me. So they took my food past my house. The guy who answered didn't seem to really care. I told him I would just not order from there again. He said okay and hung up.Great customer service ?I recommend going to Papa John's or Little Caesars. They're both close and have wayyy better service.P.S. I still have no food.......

We ordered a couple of large pizzas yesterday. 2 of the crust filled with cheese. I honestly don’t think there was any cheese in the crust. Not to mention they were very stingy with the sauce. Very disappointed. Sooty guys, you blew it on these 2.

if you don't want to spend $43 dollars for a large 4 topping stuffed crust pizza and 6 bone in chicken wings then i recommend not ordering from pizza hut. if I wanted to pay a astronomical amount of money for pizza i would have went to a gourmet pizza restaurant. what has the world come to? LETS GO BRANDON

The pizza arrived very late and was not hot. We had to microwave to warm it up. I assume it was a pandemic issue with a lack of workers. It tasted good though.

I work in the area so I decided to stop here after work. The staff was nice, orders were coming out efficiently, my order was correct and it tasted amazing. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because I had to ask the lady topping my pizza to wear gloves, after she was done topping my pizza, she took off the gloves, washed her hands and began topping another pizza without gloves. This establishment is clean but ma’m I don’t want to eat the dirt underneath your finger nails. Covid, omicron, delta, hepatitis, flu, and everything else going around out here I do not want. Please wear gloves! I know having to take off and put on glove after glove can be frustrating because I’ve worked in fast food but it save lives especially in this time when Covid is killing anyone.

Food was dropped off outside of room and sat there for 45 minutes. I finally called the store and they said it was delivered… I checked the door and found it sitting there. It was all cold and tasted terrible. I was in the room the entire time and the door was never knocked on..

I am completely dissatisfied with my experience today we had a birthday for my son and the pizza that is 2 1/2 hours late is still not here! I even went as far as to drive to the store and the lady gave me an excuse saying she’s the only one and she didn’t get a driver until late. I said well then give me my pizza so I can be on my way and she said that it already had been sent out to delivery so I drove home when I got home Still no pizza I called the store once more and the lady told me that he had three deliveries and that he will be here shortly I said well I hoped I was the first delivery because I’ve been waiting so long she said she would call the driver and have him here as soon as possible. Now I’m waiting out in the driveway for the pizza to arrive. This is very frustrating.

Great pizza! They listened and made it the way I wanted it.. The cinnamon buns are so YUMMY!!! They actually come with lots of icing, but I got extra just in case.
