I have been going here to buy my jewelry for two and a half years. I found they have a nice selection of quality pieces at reasonable prices. I buy 5 to 6 pieces a year and could not stand paying the outragous Naples prices. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, it is a pleasure doing business with them.Kevin just created a custom piece for my wife's Christmas present. WOW beautiful work. I highly recommend them

Am late getting this in as it occurred last Sept.-Oct.. After telling me he was going to do the service work to move my Mothers initial ring diamonds onto a stainless plate necklace he has another jeweler there in Flamingo Flea Market do the work. I had walked over with him to this other jeweler who originally advised that these diamonds could not be set on a stainless steel plate and then he apparently changed his mind. When I came back to pick up the necklace he was unable to find or return my Mother's Platinum band. Chris first advises that that I had given up the band as part of the deal. I said that was stupid as it was a platinum band and probably cost more than the cost of the service. He told me to come back in a week and he would get it for me. I showed up 2 weeks later and he tried to pass off some really old platinum wire type of band from a jar of old bands he has. This was silly as an initial ring with the large wide diamonds would need a wide band. Then he walks back over to the other jeweler as I walk with him to ask if he might still have it and he says no, Chris then says he would call me and figure things out and he does. A few days later Chris calls me and advises he suddenly has perfect memory of the missing band and perfectly remembers seeing the inside of the band said 14k white gold and not platinum and he somehow gives me the gram weight of this missing band and advises it is worth 96 bucks. This is amazing as a couple weeks before he tries to give me a wire band that was not even close to the one I provided based on what he remembered at that time. How can someone suddenly provide the gram weight of something they lost? Have little choice left at this point but to go over and take the 100.00 I will not trust these folks again.
