Can't even leave one star for the experience at the pharmacy because of the new female pharmacist. Went to pick up my script today at 11:30 am after calling to verify it was the last day to be held. When I arrived, they had already restocked it, even after my call prior. The pharmacist told me it had been ready for 2 weeks and i explained i was having treatment in TAMPA and she actually told me " YOU SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT THERE!!" That was not an option given my circumstances and she decided that she was now going to make me wait 2-3 hours because she was angry. She actually called the sheriff department who came and had to go inside and speak with the Pharmacist. She refused to accommodate his request to fill the script promptly and he would facilitate the transaction. Again, NO!! His words to me were.... "There are plenty of shitty people in the world! " I DON'T BELIEVE THIS PERSON SHOULD EVER INTERACT WITH SICK PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO GET HEALTHY AND WHO DO NOT NEED TO BE HARASSED AND HECKLED BY THEIR PHARMACEUTICAL DISPENSER. I hold a medical degree in Anesthesia and pediatrics and I have never been more appalled by this childish, unethical, unprofessional behavior. By the way, the medication I was attempting to collect is for anxiety. The pharmacist and other workers seemed to delight in the entire situation. They all spent 30 minutes wasting time laughing, picking up the phone making comments, and in that time could have refilled my script. It was nothing but a pure POWER PLAY OVER A WOMAN WITH IMMUNE DEFICIENCY AND MALIGNANCY. Today is April 16, 2023. I want a response from this complaint and review. Kindly. D. Minso

Amazing customer service. Needed a prescription filled urgently an hour before and they were nothing but helpful and quick with the process!

This particular CVS is clueless about process and customer service. Their phones are often backed up. I recently waited on hold for 35 minutes, only to be put on hold when I asked if I could pick up an off the shelf pharmacy item - a box, no mixing or counting required - in one hour. That answer took another 6 minutes. I tried just arriving and placing the request once. I ended up waiting 40 minutes. The only way I was able to get service was by standing at the counter and refusing to move until they walked to the shelf and filled the order. The employees here ought to be subjected to their own service as punishment.

The worst pharmacy ever, first & last time I'll be at this location. My insurance switched over where they are only using CVS now, I use to go to Walgreens. My doctor called in the prescription on Thursday, I was ready to pick it up on Sunday. It wasn't ready, so I just said I'd come back later. I came back later after 3 hour...it STILL wasn't ready & they said they haven't filled it yet because they couldn't read the doctors name...like okay? Then call me instead of waisting 3 hours of not doing anything about it just to tell me I have to wait even longer now. The line was so long, so now I'll have to wait another 2-4 hours. I'm hoping this time they actually fill it & I can pick it up on my THIRD time going back there on the same day.

I have been going to his Pharmacy for years and I have found the staff to be very helpful! Yes, They are overworked and sometimes under staffed but they seem to get the job done!! I have interacted with the Pharmacist may times and always found him to be helpful and polite! They do need a larger area to work in and more help!! But that is becoming the common theme these days!!

This is the worst CVS in Southwest Florida. My doctor says they always have trouble with them. I picked up a nasal spray the other day. The spray didn't work correctly. I went in today to swap the spray for another. An African American male clerk asked me what I wanted and I told him. He said ok. He then waited on other customers instead of helping me. The pharmacist finally said just swap another spray for the guy. He still kept waiting on other customers. I waited 20 minutes. I then left the broken spray and the store. Got it refilled at another store. This kind of crap happens all the time at this store. The pharmacist is a j*** as well. Today there was a substitute pharmacist. That's probably why he told the guy to wait on me. The place is too small for the customer base. And the people they hire are inept. The two young girls that were any good left. Good for them bad for us. I will not return to this store!!!!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've had to deal with for my patients, family , or myself!!!! I don't want to give then 1 star, go anywhere else. This is one but the others are right up there with being terrible!!!! Shame on this company !!!!
