We have been going to them for almost 3 years and they are the best!! They treat Milo as if he was their own. We love them and they love our boy Milo! Wouldn’t go anywhere else ❤️

After being referred I called and booked my 5 year old doodle for an appointment. When I made the appt I let them know that he is very anxious with the grooming process. It would be best to get him in and out quickl. I also told them on the phone and in person that he needs to have cotton in his ears as he is prone to ear infection. He was at the appointment for 5+ hours and when I picked him up the young woman at the front desk and the young man who brought him to me were most kind and explained that he had had diarrhea and was very anxious. The woman behind the glass was animated and telling me he had to have another bath and that he needed to be medicated before bringing him again. He was very timid and hiding for the next two days and I noticed a large spot on his underside where he was bleeding. we also had him to the urgent care vet in ft myers where they treated him for infection in both ears. All in all it was a traumatic experience for my dog and a costly one for me. Never again.

Took my pooch in for a nail trim. They handled my boy like a charm. He is not an easy trim and they were on it!

I would give them zero.if I could as we're livid. We took our 11 month Maine Coon kitten to get his 1st groomed for a 2 o'clock appointment left there at 2:10. They said it would be about two hours. Got there at 5:04 and he was still sitting in his crate, not even Started. I gave them all our paperwork that they needed for him and my phone number and told them we were going to lunch and we would be back and didn't receive a phone call to even let us know that they were running two hours behind? Horrible customer service as well. They said we could come back on Saturday and get a discounted price when we are 30 minutes away, and the cat threw up in his carrier on the way home and then laid in it and we had to give him a bath ourselves. We had no shampoo as we were not prepared to do this And I'm still drying beach towels from just using water and wiping him down. We will find another place closer, the one I wanted here in our town were no longer doing cats and that's why we drove a half an hour away to Bonita Springs and the supposedly decent ratings.

I’ve been coming to Heather and her team now for a few years and my golden doodle, Nali, loves them! They pay great attention to detail and are always time courteous .Her cut always comes out perfect and she always gets so excited to see the girls there! We love Bubbles and Bows!

My neighbor recommended Bubbles & Bows Pet Salon for min poodle and min schnauzer. When I got there the girl at the front desk was very friendly, my groomer Heather came out to meet me and my fur babies. I explained how I wanted their cut, she listened and asked questions. My babies came out looking fabulous. I would recommend Bubbles & Bows Pet Salon to anyone. My babies have never looked better!!

If you are looking for an excellent groomer, look no more! Heather is wonderful, she takes her time, she fixes other groomer's mistakes. But book ahead because she's very popular ❤️??

Heather grooms my mingoldendoodle so wonderfully my veterinarian asked who the groomer was! He said she had a great cut unlike so many doodles he sees. Heather listens and follows requests. They are open on Saturdays which I greatly appreciate as a full-time working perons. Ruby is alsways happy when she leaves Bubbles and Bows.

We have a mini and a toy Aussie and they did a great job grooming them. Bubbles & Bows staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, informative, and the place was clean. They gave us a cost estimate for services in advance. They called to give me a heads up to let me know when the dogs would be ready. We will be back.

We have been going to Heather at Bubbles and Bowes for years with all of our dogs, some of who are no longer with, and the special new ones who have become new to our family, currently two toy Poodles, Holly and Lilly.
