Terrible. 1 employee who's obviously wore out. Manager Karen in the back while 10 people stand in line. Your employee is literally sweating and almost in tears. I won't be going to this location again. You have NO customer service.

Josh is out do to the hurricane Mary is great I went in had a check to deposit I’m going on vacation I ask when it would clear 2 days no problem that worked for a email the next day 10 day hold, so I talked to Mary who was with someone 5 people waiting in the lobby Karen is in the office talking to a customer with another co worker about nothing whine everyone is waiting I ask her could she help me she said no while keep in mind she isn’t do her job I called bank Friday morning when it was supposed to clear and didn’t called bank at 9 talk to Mary She said Karen would call me keep in mind my flight leaves 2 she called me 3 said they were to busy to check such horrible work ethic she definitely shouldn’t be in her position anyone can pass the buck she is horrible what a experience to bad shoe is t on the other foot

My bank is Suntrust, but I needed cash in a hurry so I went to this BOA, what a mistake,I put my card in and it told me is was unable to read my card, I did it a second time, same thing, the third time it took my card, the screen said something like we have taken your card call your financial institute to get a replacement card. This was on a Saturday, Monday morning I tried calling the branch 7 times and no answer.

This Branch at all locations should be open until 6 on Friday. The working class need to be able to cash thier checks. It is bad buisness decision which reflects that they are not a welcoming company. The covid-19 pandemic is at a pace where buisness hours should be back to normal.
