Please be weary of creating a membership at this location. The front desk is misinformed and they use ABC Fitness which is rated less than 2 stars for their performance. there was a lack of empathy shown concerning a matter where they mistaken.

Update 8/23/24
No one showed up to work to open the gym. Equipment continues to be run down. No replacement of machines that have been there for years. No enforcement of any gym policies. Their flagship gym is an embarrassment. Management does nothing.
Update 1/31/22. No one showed up to work to open the gym! This place is a dumpster fire! Stay away! Wouldn't be shocked to come here and find the gym shut down permanently. Never a manager in site! What happened to the new Youfit we were promised! Update: What a shock! No one showed up to work to open the gym. Gym opens at 5am, and it is now almost 7am, with no one in sight. Management is nowhere to be found. Equipment has not been updated in years. Staff can't even show up to their job on time. This place is a joke! Youfit Corporate does nothing about it either. Update: New Years Eve. Gym is supposed to open at 7am and no staff showed up. Angry members outside in disbelief. Absolute dumpster fire. No manager in site. Do not join this gym! Also, some members continue to walk around the gym with no mask! Update: Besides everything that I already wrote previously below, today, your front desk staff did not show up until 6:45 A.M. Your gym is scheduled to open at 5:00 A.M. This is not the first time this has happened. Every time, you will be assured that it will not happen again, and then it happens again. Management is no where to be found, and no back up plan when this happens. The phone inside the gym rolls the calls over to the Lantana gym which always seems to have their staff show up on time, and seems genuinely in disbelief why the Youfit at Town Center can't get their act together.
If you want a gym where members don't wear masks, don't bring towels, and don't wipe down the equipment, then this is the place for You! Look no further. I observed a loud, obnoxious, emotionally unbalanced member screaming at a woman who simply asked him to put his mask on. The manager stood ( or shall I say " sat at his desk" and did nothing) she had to go and get him while this other member tore into her. He should have called the police. He handled this volatile situation extremely inappropriately. What a disappointment. Update - Called YouFit as directed in response to me, and no answer. Policy is to have mask on at all times when you are walking through the gym. You even have signs posted, but nothing enforced. I can guarantee 100% that non mask wearing walking around in the gym occurs. I am not referring to just putting the mask on for show when you walk through the door. Disgrace that management allowed another male member to scream crazily at a female member.

Do not sign up with youfit.
The staff at this club misinformed me on "contractual agreement" and cancellation of, this is after thew disallowed my guest entry because my guest was a previous member years ago, and had a balance, but this is because they use a 3rd party for CANCELLING which makes it near impossible to cancel and the bills keep coming.
You will be charged an unfair amount to try to cancel by ABC fitness or "anytime fitness" and maybe others, the staff here know that, and they will not disclose this until you are ready to cancel.
Just beware, especially if you plan on bringing a guest.

If you want to work your muscles, this location has everything you need, with machines and tools supporting any level of expertise and power you have. Almost never busy, so you can do your sets in your rhythm. If you are looking for a place for socializing instead of exercising and posing for social media, this definitely is not your place.

Zero stars. Total scam. They lure transient college students and refuse to release them from their “membership”. They WILL be invested by the department of professional regulation and bring their unscrupulous business practices to light.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Wish I could give a zero star rating. Not only have I been trying to email back and fouth to cancel my membership they are still changing me when I asked for my membership to be canceled. No one has been helpful and not only am I going to have to pay the $50 change for canceling but also have had to pay $12 every month (2 months emailing back and fouth trying to cancel) and the month after they are change me the cancelation fee. So just for trying to cancel I am having to pay $86 just because they are rude and unhelpful. Highly suggest getting a membership anywhere but here.

I was injured and could not work out for 6 months, I also work 9-7 every day other than sat/sun. when I tried to cancel my membership (which I set up on the APP and was super easy btw) they gave me the hardest time, told me I needed to speak to a "CANCELATION MANAGER"???? WHICH COVINENIETLY WORKS ONLY 9-5 MON-FRI!!! They kept charging me for months before i realized.So I did what anyone else would. I called my bank and had it stopped and refunded. and exact amount of $120, which was half of what was actually charged but thats what my bank was able to dispute return to me. they basically have a RETENTION SYSTEM thats morally wrong they know exactly what they are doing.

Good value gym, good prices for what the gym offers, but I have been put through some low integrity business practices in regards to billing and cancellation. A shame because I have liked this gym for a while. This is commonplace in the gym membership industry so be vigilant. A few months ago I was leaving the country, so I wanted to cancel my membership. I was told about a "Hold" option instead of cancellation, where I would be charged 5 dollars a month instead of cancelling for the privilege of not having to re-pay the initiation fee if I wanted to re-instate my membership. The man I was speaking to told me I could only hold my membership for 3 months but did not detail to me what would would happen after the cancellation is over. I was under the assumption that it would be cancelled after leaving the conversation. Fast forward to a few days ago, the hold is up and I get a surprise charge on my credit card I wasn't expecting for a months membership fee. I call them about it and well it's probably in my contract, I tell them I was misled when putting the membership on hold and if I had known that it would be re-instated I would have canceled before it got to that point because I am again leaving the country in a few days. But they said its out of their hands and all cancellations and refunds are to be done through a 3rd party company they don't own. (another low integrity business practice in itself, I should just be able to cancel with the same people who were so eager to get me a membership in the first place, but now I have to go through the ringer contacting a 3rd party company and wait on hold to talk to some indian customer service rep halfway across the world). I told them again that in spirit I would have cancelled this membership if I had actually known the terms of the agreement and they actually had zero sympathy for me, unlike the kid on the phone at the gym that emphasized with my situation even though he couldn't do anything because they shipped out their cancellations to this 3rd party company. They basically told me they aren't going to do anything, I told them I wanted to cancel my membership now and they did. They also informed me I am still responsible for 30 days of charges so now I am on the hook for two month's worth of charges not just one. Im not as mad at this one because yes, It is probably in my contract, and I was probably explained that when I got my membership (don't remember). But again this is just another selfish tactic to part you with more of your money after you have the intention to cancel with them and not the highest integrity business practices. Again, great value for a gym, but I wouldn't say they follow the age old adage of "treat people how you want to be treated" so it leaves a sour taste in my mouth and leads me to write this review. Please represent your products honestly and allow a patron to cancel in a simple way with the same humans they signed up with.

Love this gym. Front desk staff is friendly and gym is always clean. Zach Anderson is my trainer and he’s excellent, patient and professional. Also this particular gym is in a great location with lots of available parking. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Highly recommend.
