Target is a great place to get health and beauty products. The shelves are always neatly organized and the lighting is always bright and cheerful. This particular store was no exception. Located on the west side of 95 in Boca, it was very clean and very nicely laid out. I went to get some shaving products and their selection and prices were very good. There were a lot of people paying for their items, so checkout took a bit long, but no major issues...

I wanted to buy a Christmas item on 1/24/2024 I had to go to customer service for a price because it wasn’t ringing up and I picked it up from an area that said 30 to 70% off being Christmas. I figured it would 70% or at least they said they couldn’t sell it to me because it was salvage and I said I’ll take it for 70% off he goes no the best we could do is 30% of that makes sense it just really bothered me that he couldn’t give me 70% off for something that would’ve been 70 or 90% off it was still Christmas I won’t go to the Boca store anymore

My family and I were in today and checking out waiting for a self check out to be ready, never enjoying waiting in line in between close space. Seeing as most people use the self check out the line gets backed up. Shonda stepped up to the plate and redirected us to a check out line with Dazmin. I heard Shonda explain how she was able to keep everything moving to a fellow coworker, who seemed to think helping in that way maybe out of there scope….. a simple customer service redirect with a smile and my family was on our way and impressed with Shonda and her initiative and most of all how she handled the coworker nay sayer with a positive and reassuring manner. If Shonda isnt the GM, make sure to find her a store and offer whatever it takes to keep that woman happy, she is a value to your company target.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I was going in for a simple grocery run and it was absolutely packed and there weren't any employees around to help the line at self checkout go down. I finally got to the register and the I see one of the 'managers' with purple hair being disgustingly rude and entitled to one of the employees. Literally to the point where the employee almost started crying! I felt so bad so I found the employee a few minutes later and asked them if they were okay. They said that the manger's name was Heather and she is always disrespectful and passive aggressive to the employees there even after being reported. I am honestly appalled that a place would hire someone like her and keep her employed. Target should know that the people you hire is a direct representation of how you want to run business. And obviously this store has been run by trash. -15/10 please do not support a store that treats their employees horribly!!

Horrible customer service !! The manager on nights on 12/5/23 is rude and should not be a manager ! I believe his name is ovalues or Darius ! As I was shopping I noticed an item was on sale, after I struggled getting the drawer in my cart I went to self check out where the employee then tells me the item I grabbed was not on sale and I must of grabbed the wrong one. He advised me to go back and take a picture of what I saw was on sale so he could advise me which is the right one. I went back with the picture and he tells me which is the right one. I go back and again , have to lift this heavy items into the cart with no help as their is no employees to help because they are clearly short staffed, only for him to tell me for some reason it’s not scanning as the sale price. He looks at my phone and his system and says “yes it’s definitely misleading but I got you” and then enters the advertised sale price, and walks away. Before I paid , I noticed he forgot to remove the original item that was scanned and I didn’t need so I called him back so he could void it. As he did not have the power to void it , he calls his manager. As he is awaiting for his manager to come , I guess he panicked and took the sale price off the item he adjusted and says “I have to ask my manager first” . At this point the manager walks over and says no he can not do that and the most he can do is 20% off. I immediately informed him respectly of what happened and how I was already told I was getting the price and it was in the system and deleted as soon as he was called. He looks at me and says he does not care as he is the manager . This is the WORST customer experience that I have encountered !!!!!

Wow! We just unpacked our 'NEW' $100 comforter.This item has been used. The original factory sticker is missing and the comforter had yellow stains. REALLY TARGET??I'll call the corporate office and file a complaint. Didn't expect it from Target.

I love browsing down the aisles. Especially the little corner shelves in the front of store. I always find something to use or gift. I have 3 great grandsons 8;7;6; that come up with the uses of any items I purchase in that corner. I do a lot of my grocery shopping. Their prices are great and the aisles are very spacious.

Surprisingly few shorts available, out of season but the few that were there were all $30+ which was too expensive for getting a simple pair. Good thing they had some discount racks. No staffers seen other than those up by the checkout (and one not even at the self-checkout, I had to flag someone down for help).

Went there on October 20th right when the store opened to buy the new Super Mario Wonder game on release day. The game wasn’t even out on display and worst of all the bonus item ( a shadow box ) only given to those who buy the game on that particular day in store receive it, which is the main reason I went there and missed out on other bonuses if I were to order the game elsewhere. The associate in the electronic department was very helpful and retrieved the game itself in the back and then checked again for the limited bonus item which they didn’t have at all. Very upset that this isn’t the first time this has happened with this location, same thing happened with the New Horizons preorder and the Amiibo Cards. Also tried to contact the electronic department a few days later over the phone, with no answer.

This store is in need of better leadership. Poor attitude and poor communication especially from the manager that was there on September 23. I have been to other locations and this was not the case. It is generally understood that retail can be a challenging job. However, there is no need to be argumentative and disrespectful toward customers when they are communicating in a civil manner. Way to set an example for your staff. Customers have other options for where they go and it seems like it would be preferable based on the attitude of that manager here that the store have no one shop here.The representative with corporate was professional and understanding of the issue and was able to assist me, which the store was unwilling to do after spending 20 minutes speaking with several employees including the “manager.”
