I bought 2 under eye concealers 2 weeks ago. Kept the one I liked and returning the one I didn't. Sales associate didn't want to accept the return because it was half used according to her. You can see all this on the receipt and how do you use all that in 2 weeks. I literally used 2 dots twice under my eyes to test the product ! If it's half full then it was sent to me like that and these tubes are never fully filled upon arrival anyways let's face it. They find reasons to not accept returns now a lot of people have told me. She returned it this "one time" but you have to be kidding me ! Sephoras customer service has gone to sh*t , only buying from Ulta from now on.

I love the Boca Town Center Location! The store is always busy, but the sales associates are always there to help with a smile. I was helped by Kayla. I went in looking for foundation and lipgloss. Kayla went above and beyond explaining the different shades and tones and what complimented my skin tone. I'll always go back for service with a smile!

I usually shop at the one at the Boca town Center and always get excellent service. I stopped by this one because I was having lunch in the area and raved to my friend about the foundation I Purchased. We waited about 15 minutes and no one approached us. So we left. New Year’s Eve I thought I would stop by and see if somebody could help me with my eye make up. Just shadow and liner. The make up artist in for me she only had 15 minutes and that wasn’t enough time. I offered to pay for her service. I’ve never known eyeshadow and liner taking longer than 15 minutes so she went to ask the manager. Alan came over to me and was extremely rude and condescending. He told me I could check the Boca store or Coconut Creek. It wasn’t even that they couldn’t do the service it was the attitude. I will not be back.

I would give this location 5 stars but had a really bad in store experience with an artist this past Friday. Was expected to upgrade my service because I asked for contour? I'm seeing people who had their full Halloween makeup done for "the full face" service that I requested--A Lot more makeup and I would imagine more time than what I wanted. I can't imagine my makeup would take even one hour let alone 90minutes. Also had an awful eyelash application, the artist did not curl or use any liner or mascara. I've had my eyelashes done quite a bit at sephora, and this has never been an issue. The entire night the lashes were poking the corner of my eye I think the issue was the artist...she seemed just annoyed. Sorry,not upgrading services and paying more money for no reason, that's not fair.Lesson learned, will be using Palm Beach Gardens moving forward for any in store beauty services.Positive side, this store does have generally an awesome staff and awesome selection. I won't give you a 1 star over one bad experience I usually have wonderful service and an overall experience.

Worst location I've ever been to! I've never encountered so many unprofessional, rude, and condescending workers all in one store. I felt like I was on a prank show. Had a lady who was pushing her products on me from her brand as I kept politely declining. I kept saying "no thank you, I have really sensitive skin and only come in for the brands I'm used to" The lady proceeded to be relentless and rude and told me she didn't believe me. Haha Oh, and the manager was no better when I told her about the uncomfortable encounter. I would rather buy online or go to another location than ever support this store. Great job if your animating for awful

From booking my full face makeup appointment to having the service with Justina it was all amazing. I needed my makeup done for Halloween Greek goddess/ silver Greek goddess ? she nailed it. Was on time professional and great vibe!

Every time I come in the store I am greeted by the nicest people immediately. Everyone is so helpful And knowledgeable about the products in the store. If you come to the store,you will find Nicole or Anastazia Can recommend the right products for you. I will be Back for sure.
