I will never go back to this place.Staff on Saturday night was very disrespectful they were more interested in watching football than waiting on customers and just tried to blow you off than help you. The Metro store on Hillsboro are nice and courteous that were I'm going to from now on

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. These employees, BRUNO AND JAKE, laughed in our face and completely disrespected us. I was mortified. DO NOT go to this store. Do not. They gave us all of the wrong information and laughed in the face of a 60 year old customer. It was absolutely disgusting. Completely disrespectful. They made us regret ever doing business with MetroPCS. If you need to go to a store for Metro, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. They mocked us, laughed at us, refused to help us. I couldn’t even believe it, I am still in shock. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They need to shut down this store or rehire their staff. Absolute TERRIBLE. ZERO STARS. AWFUL. If you decide to go there anyways, DO NOT SPEAK TO BRUNO OR JAKE! They are terrible employees and should not be in customer service. BRUNO is the one who thought it would be appropriate to laugh in a 60 year old woman’s face. Super disrespectful and disgusting. Do your store a favor, metro, and FIRE THESE PEOPLE.

They are rude at this location and one of the workers named Renzo scammed my neighbor and my mom. He sold my mom and phone showed her the one she was buying and rang up another more expensive one and then said she could not get a refund or exchange it. He is very unprofessional and was cursing and talking about strange things with his co worker while “helping” us. If it wasn’t for him I might go back to this location but not until he is gone.

This store needs to be shut down and corporate has been made aware of the ongoings of this store. This store is ripping its customers off knowingly and will be lucky to remain out of litigation. Unfortunately the neighborhood behind the store is lower income and the store staff makes the assumptions and broad moves to take advantage of those individuals. The grinch stole what there was for the holiday at this store and stay far away unless you want to be robbed.

Staff does not communicate properly and then tries to gaslight you saying they informed you of your options. Poor customer service refusing to assist in sales issues when there is a system to address the concern but it is discretionarily denied. Taking money from people with disabilities during the greatest inflation since WWII just before the holidays.Gives copy and paste response but still refuses to fix an active issue.

You can purchase a SIM card for $10 at the store and activate your own plan for $30 a month online. The staff at this location are either ignorant or they are actively withholding this information.

If you are looking to be scammed, great choice! Will upgrade your plan and raise your cost without telling you! Also, do not accept returns of any kind so do NOT buy anything here! The representative also did not know how to print a receipt or know what American Express was so I can't say they are knowledgeable. DO BETTER

I've been calling for a week and never an answer. What kind of business doesn't answer their phone. i would have been better off not going there. they ripped me off on a new phone and didnt transfer any of my apps, pics or contacts. do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys

I was inconvenienced multiple times by this store due to lack of communication on their end. I was in no way compensated for my troubles because of their inconsistency, even though I have seen staff give away chargers, phone cases for example. I was very kind to them and understanding that mistakes happen but multiple times and with no remorse/apology is wrong.

AJ at T Mobile on Military Trail in BOCA is simply the best! He has patience, knowledge and he's a true professional. If you need help with an issue, AJ will figure it out. The 2 locations near me are either closed or under renovation. I'm actually thankful that I had to travel East to resolve an issue. In the past, I've dreaded having to go into a store for assistance because it normally takes a very long time before someone can see you.
