Office manager is rude unprofessional and unethical (Miriam) called to log a concern on how the Delray office does not return calls. This person Miriam just hung up on my wife. Will be filing a complaint with the state boards and my insurance. AVOID this practice if you can. Front desk at Delray is awesome.

I love dr Loseva but most of the staff are hard to deal with especially those who answer the phone. It is very hard to get to talk to the doctor and the office staff are rude and insensitive. The staff who work with the patients are very nice

It is a pleasure to be served by East Boca Medical Associates. My grandmother began seeing Dr. Loseva after her doctor retired a few years ago. The process was seamless and we have been thoroughly impressed by the entire staff. Dione at the front desk is the face every office needs! She is pleasant, personable and efficient. Nurse Blanca treats my grandmother with a level of care that money can’t buy. She is wonderful! Dr. Loseva is a phenomenal physician. She is thorough, responsive, prompt and relates beautifully with her patients. We also love that the office handles a range of diagnostic needs including labs, ultrasounds, scans, biopsies, etc. It is also worth mentioning that we are always promptly seen for our appointments. We can’t say enough good things about this office!

Stay as far away from this practice as possible. The other reviews on here are 100% correct. Don't return calls for weeks and staff has a real attitude problem. There are much better options for endocrinology in Boca Raton and Delray.

Well I just saw Dr Robinson I thought she was greatListen answered all my questions, wants me to make adjustments to my medication! Which is needed!She took her time, I wasn’t rushed! Why the bad reviews?Front desk was great, nice, very accommodating!It was my first time, I plan using this office, for all my thyroid needs! Sometimes reviews don’t tell the whole picture! I am pretty picky, I think this office cares!

No wonder they have the worst reviews. Just save your money and time and go somewhere else.. I just called to schedule an appointment with Dr Freedman and I spoke with the nastiest person and she hung up on me! Very rude! Definitely not going there or recommending it to anyone!

I have been trying for 2 full days to get someone besides a recording to call me back to make appointment. If it is this difficult to make an appointment- I can't begin to imagine what it would be like to have them call me back for a prescription or lab results. Thank you but, no thank you! You get CERO STARS FOR POOR COSTUMER SERVICE East coast Medical Associates! I can't deal with a company that has cero respect for people. The negative reviews are right on target with this place.

This place is a joke! One star is one too many. Can't make an appointment after leaving 5 messages, in 3 days. No one has bothered to call back. Every-time I call, I get their answering service, leave a message and wait for someone to call back within 24 hours. Hahaha! That's the Joke!!! Whats the point of leaving a message if no one calls back. Forget this place! If it's this difficult to make an appointment when they stand to make money...can't imagine what it would be like if I was calling to refill a prescription or for test results. Yikes! Red flags!!!

What a wonderful office , the staff are so pleasant and make you feel right at home, professional, courteous and Dr Loseva was very pleasant and took her time didn't rush thru my apt, so glad I came here!

So far feeling dissapointed with the clerks at this location. Just to obtain my Prior Authorization I am going back an forth between the insurance company, the pharmacy and this office. I received a called from someone named June, and was extremely unprofessional and insulting. She shouldn't work here. So far, I am awaiting for the call from Betsy or Miriam.

My Husband sees Dr.Irina Robinson. We had a most outstanding initial visit. We have subsequently returned for or scheduled follow-ups and Her staff and office personnel, including Miriam, June, Charmaine were over the top with information and care. Dr. Irina Robinson is young, personable, caring and most professional and knowledgable in the latest technique in Diabetes and Endocrinology. We would give she and she & her staff 100 stars but 5 will have to do for now. We highly recommend her for any of your endocrine needs. Thankfully She has set up a plan to reduce my husband’s insulin intake and go to oral therapy, we are eternally grateful to Boca Raton endocrinology.com She is a blessing to our family.With thankful & grateful hearts, Will & Soozie Walters
