If you are interested in customer service on any level, this is not the shop to visit. It’s neither the first time nor the same sale associate offering zero assistance, no smile—nothing. I went in with the goal of buying four pairs of jeans. As no two pairs are made alike, I simply asked if he could please show me which ones had a longer rise; greater than or equal to 12cm. He seemed both perplexed and annoyed by the question; bluntly replying “you can try them on” with a shrug. Not only is he in desperate need of a “coaching moment” but also basic social skills. I guess he doesn’t realize if he found the proper fit I would have dropped 800$ in seconds.As I mentioned above, this is not the first time I have gone into this shop looking for new jeans from the only brand I buy — Hugo Boss. Thus far all of the cashiers (they’re definitely not salespeople) I have had contact with over the past few years have been equally as aloof.I’m truly fascinated that the store manager does not see this behaviour and either educate or dismiss. There are many talented sales professionals out there. It’s simply unfortunate they do not work here.

Again, another store only catering go the slim guy. It's amazing...retail clothing caters to the slim and retail food to the obese. Can't they get together somewhere??

You have to wait outside until a sales rep comes and gets you. And now you have to wear a mask inside. Only store in the mall like this. Sat there for over 10 min left. I shop here a lot but won't be back until these crazy restrictions are over. I was just In the NY store and it wasn't like this.

Listed that the store closes @ 7pm driving a hour to get to the store they close the door in my face @6:44pm saying sorry please come back @11 tomorrow. Such a bad experience for a brand I love!!

Really really bad customer service here. Maybe we came on a bad day? Not sure but I’d rather drive to PGA for future purchases. We sat at the locked door for about 5 minutes even after knocking. COVID protocol, I get it. Were other customers in the store? No. Just three sales associates chatting at the registers. Once we were let in we were not spoken to until we got a forced “is there something I can do for you”. Um yeah do you work here? Then, instead of exchanging my $800 jacket for the correct size I needed, I was told to keep the one I had that was literally 3 sizes too big. I was told that it wasn’t in stock and looked “fine” anyway, just so they could avoid doing their job of exchanging my item and ordering me the correct size.

Great inventory, helpful staff. Treat yourself to a little bit of luxury. Try to hit the sales, twice a year. As a private member, I saved 30%...well worth it.

I work at Boss Boca. And I MUST ADMIT. WE HAVE NO KITCHEN OR BREAK ROOM. WE WASH YOU'RE GLASSES IN THE RESTROOM BEFORE WE POUR CHAMPAGNE IN THEM.And we Sit them on the toilet while we clean other ones. So if you drink from BOCA BOSS MAKE SURE IT'S OUT THE BOTTLE. AND LET'S NOT MENTION HOW THE BOSS LIKE YPUNG BOY'S..

I'm writing this review using Gucci's free Wi-Fi! What a terrible terrible experience. My wife and i waited to be helped for at least 20 minutes. There was literally no one else in the women's section. Gucci used to be my favorite brand, but this is the second bad experience I've had at two different south Florida locations this year. It is so ridiculous, especially considering that i have purchased from Gucci stores in other locations like 2 Vegas, New York 5th ave, Beverly Hills, Huntington Beach, orlando, San Fran, etc. without any issues! We are standing right in front of the belts, i honestly don't want to post this review, I'm taking my time in hopes that someone will assist us before we walk out. Way to ruin a Christmas surprise for my wife.

Shock to hear that they charge for fixing an "obviously quality issue" on a perfectly cared for handbag ...You would think that they would stand behind their product after it starts falling apart.....that is the worst customer service ever!!!!
