This store is great! Ask for Josh he will take care of you. We had an exchange but they didn't have the skates we wanted to exchange them for. He ordered them for us to pick up in store but shipping had some hiccups. Nevertheless Josh was on it. He made sure we got the skates and kept me updated. Life happens. What matters is how you go about it. He was professional and kind. And he knows his stuff. Thanks Josh!!

Ran into this store last minute (boyfriends favorite & his birthday is tomorrow) & let me tell you, Sammy is the BEST! Not only was she extremely helpful when it came to choosing colors, but she didn’t rush me out of the store as they were closing AND she was so dope at pointing me in the right direction. She knows her shops products & is definitely the mvp! I’ll totally be going back & you should too!

The ABSOLUTE best customer service I have ever received.I recently received a pair of inline stakes as a present and unfortunately, they were too small. I live in Pennsylvania and was unsure of what my options were to get the skates in my correct size as the original set were purchased in Boca Raton, Florida. Josh did a magnificent job of helping me through this process where others would have easily given up or told me there was nothing they could do.Josh spent countless days assisting me in the trans-state return. When my original skates arrived to him in Florida, he went above and beyond to ensure I would receive the product I wanted from start to finish. He kept me updated every step of the way and continued to ensure I had the best experience.I cannot recommend working with this store, specifically Josh, enough!

My sister and I recently took up roller skating and decided to each purchase a pair of roller skates. We saw Billabong at the Boca Mall and did not expect to receive nothing but EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE this past Sunday!! Everyone was incredibly helpful, but Stephen exceeded our expectations with his INCREDIBLE service! He was extremely helpful and super kind and patient to both my sister and myself. Answered the numerous questions we had and made the experience of buying our first skates nothing but a wonderful memory! He even personally helped my sister in picking out the perfect size for her knee pads and loosened the wheels of our skates to make sure we were ready to start! Thank you to EVERYONE who helped us this past Sunday, especially to you Stephen! My sister and I are now skating and are so happy! :D

Manager with a beard has an attitude. Ridicules customers behind their back. Doesn't deserve to be the manager. Always flat affect and no pleasantries. Like doing you a favor if you are shopping there. Typical Boca person.

I would never have thought to go here for my teen to get shorts- but her BF told her she had found cute shorts here and she was right. the store is known to have items for surfers and they also had cute bathing suits. I guess we will save that for next time. The employees here are very nice and very helpful. I definitely liked the vibe of this store. Otis in the Tpwn Center Mall near Zinburger. I look forward to some of their specials and their sales- Perhaps rey will think of getting a loyalty program going as well!

I have been a big fan of the Billabong brand for years, and I have to say that this is probably the best location I have shopped. Although the mall shops are smaller than the stand-alone stores, this store has a great selection and is constantly updating; they have plenty of new items every time I come in (which is fairly often), which makes a great sale selection as well. I came in a rush the other day to find a bathing suit for a last minute event. The manager Josh was super helpful and went out of his way to help me find the right suit quickly. The two staff members Amanda and Stephen know me by name now, and they are always friendly and engaging when helping me to make up my mind and find the right sizes. I will def keep coming back for the cute stuff and A1 customer service.
