Ok, I bought a pair of joggers to go on a trip to South Africa. Upon putting them in while half way across the globe the security tag WAS NOT removed. Now I’m back and made a special trip to the Boca Mall today to get it removed and your doors are closed with the lights on. The google search says you are OPEN. And I called and NO ONE is answering. Now yet another trip and inconvenience. What give Athleta? Do BETTER! Stranded with pants that I can’t wear! Plus walking through stores to get to you risking the sensor going off! SMH

Great in gym and street wear. Attractive,well made clothing g .Wish better colors for gym bras and longer length gym bras. VERY GOOD BATHING SUIT COLLECTION. NICE STAFF,KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Horrible customer service in this store as well as their executive level customer service team. I spent hours and hours and weeks and weeks trying to resolve a problem that was their mistake. Upper management was disingenuous in my opinion about attempting to help me. For a company that spends big money attempting to get new customers yet nothing to keep them them is ridiculous.I will never purchase another item from them again.... and they couldn't care less.

I love Athleta, a good percentage of my clothes are from here. I usually get good service in Athleta stores but when I went in yesterday, the staff was awfully cold and weren’t much helpful.
