I arrived 10 mins before my appointment and checked in. 30 mins past my appointment I was still sitting in the waiting room. I noticed that they were calling appointments that were at 9:00 am and mine was for 8:40. I spoke to the next employee who stepped out to call a client and told her my situation. I was told that there was no one there in the waiting room at the time of my appointment and asked if I had checked in. I had proof on my phone of the check in and the time was 8:30. She told me I would just have to wait in the waiting room till something came available. it might be over an hour. As I had already waited over a half hour past my appointment and had an other appointment to get to I was forced to make another appointment and come back. This is totally unacceptable and her attitude was anything but accommodating in fact it was approaching rude. The inability to talk to someone in charge when you are in the waiting room is very unappealing.

The Staff at the Beverly Hills office are very pleasant to work with. They are all so proficient in their blood draws as well. I go here most of the time. I enjoy Inverness office as well. The to Breastfast Station afterward.

Quest is convenient but techs are inconsistent with their order of business and attitudes towards patients. On average over the past for years I have had a positive experience. This time was very strange in that the tech was very confrontational and kept trying to bully me into paying a bill I stated that I had just sent a check for when I received the notice in my email. She spun around in her chair and said "you don't want it to go to collections! Do you?!" To which I stated it wouldn't as it was just paid and any new bill I double check its correctness against my EOB due to frequent billing errors. She persisted with being confrontational about it as if it were coming out of her paycheck. Not sure if Quest is incentivizing or putting pressure on techs to collect balances on accounts, however, if so , they should cease and desist unless they are looking to drive folks to Labcorp or back to their physicians office for labs, besides poor reviews. The first and last time I agreed to pay a bill a tech said I had, she told me it was $5 and charged my card $55! Stick to the blood draw and keep AP/AR at HQ Quest!
