FixIT Tek is a wonderful place to go, the people there are very friendly. Kelsey and Cheryl are the most wonderful employees and are very helpful every time I come into the store. Everyone should try out this store!

Most Terrible Service I have ever seen! Left my laptop to to be updated to another laptop I received for xmas. The lady there told me it would be a few days, NO! I dropped it off friday morning and it was still not fixed the following friday. Wow, 7 days?? No way...They just did not want to do it. This is the second time they told me a few days and kept it for a week. I do believe they were never going to do it. Just keep putting me off. I would suggest NO ONE ever leave your computer, laptop, or whatever you have there without a written note saying when it would be done. Seems like shady people to me. Not doing their job or any interest in it..They need to move on. Go somewhere else and promise people things, We dont like it here.

Wow! Awesome place for iPhone repair. Greg needs a “genius “ after his name ;) Took my mom’s phone in for a charger port issue. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Will go back for all tech problems in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
