I needed a wiper/washer switch fuse and the service department man in the man building was courteous and knowledgeable. The man helped me very much and walked me through the process in an expedient and very professional manner. The parts department was courteous and professional. I am a customer from now on. This dealership is the best I ever seen period. I highly recommend them. This Ford company is head and shoulders beyond superior to any Ford or other dealerships I have encountered for over the last 50 years period.

Came in this morning to order a truck cover, mats, and custom visor. Iwas waiting for about 11 minutes for the service man to get off the phone of ordering parts from what I could here . Then another guy brings this lady in from the tire shop and instructs her to talk to this gentleman and they proceed to literally stand right in front of me and nobody acknowledges that I've been waiting there. There were also people standing behind the desk that never acknowledge if I need help, could I help you, are you waiting on something, Etc. Worst customer service ever. Almost had the vibe of entitlement. I went to another Ford dealership and purchased everything I needed in Ocala. Totally different experience.

We are on the trailer cross country trip had a slow start issue with our tow vehicle. Called village Ford , and received great response. Pulled into the service department spoke to J. I had to book the appointment the next day and dead. Came in at 7:30 was out by 830 with a brand new battery. No issues, great attitude bye everyone I met.

Husband needed a new truck. We shopped on-line and drove to the dealership to "kick the wheels". The sales person was awesome, the buying process went on without a hitch. Husband bought the truck he wanted at a price he liked. The after purchase service has been very good.

I went in for a transponder key for my F-150....key cut only, not programming. I arrived at 4:40. At 4:48, I was told the techs were on their way out; that they usually leave before that. They were very nice about telling me that I would get no service at the Service Department.

Last week we bought a new F150 Lariat from this dealership. Our sales rep, Bryan Canterbury was the best. He went back and forth with his manager to secure us the best trade in and best price. My husband is a retired businessman who doesn't take lightly to the fact of anyone trying to dupe him. I guess the manager felt that we were taking up to much of Bryan's time because I heard him tell Bryan that he needed to "wrap up this deal". It's not like they were busy as we were the only one's buying a vehicle at the time. After having to return the next day to pick up our vehicle, Bryan again was very helpful in making sure everything was in order. Never once did the manager ever say thanks or congrats on your purchase. I guess he was to busy sitting in his office with three other salespersons to be bothered! Five stars to you only Bryan!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Incompetent pieces of s**** They can't fix a cracked side mirror as it's "above their experience." Manager is even stupider than the sacks of s*** working on the vehicles. I asked for spare key that could start truck. I was given a dummy key. I asked for a refund since it was THEIR mistake. I was told no. I love the trucks but not the stupidity that's running their service department. You've lost a customer for life.

A great place to have your Ford Serviced. Our 2018 Ford Escape had the engine warning light come on indicating a problem. After the sensor was replaced it came on again. The technicians checked it a couple more times and finally had to contact engineering. They got the information they needed a few days later. Erica, a service advisor, arranged for us to get a Ford Escape loaner while our Escape was being serviced. That really helped us since my wife has a fractured shoulder and cannot easily get in and out of a sedan. Thanks to Erica and the service department for their pleasant and efficient service.
