“Great prices, clean and organized, with super nice associates and easy checkout. I love the selection of clothes, kitchen stuff, bedding, and home decor. Overall, the store has a variety of products, helpful associates, and ample parking. I always tend to find unique items and decor I can't find anywhere else. Even when busy, the store never feels chaotic and seems to have enough employees to assist the customers. Great store! I love coming here”
“Nicely laid out displays. Bright, colorful, cheery. Found what I was looking for in under a minute, and it was my first time in this store. Got a cute little black denim jacket at a reasonable price. I will be back.”
“The ladies at customer service were working at a reasonable pace. However by combining Kohls related things and Amazon returns, it slows things down. I liked it when there was a separate area for Amazon and leave customer service to Kohls issues.”
“I haven't shopped here in soo long but I ordered something online and wanted to stroll around. Big department stores stress me out because of the amount of things they have. It was nice, kinda quiet. The employees were nice, I got my pickup (which took forever to find) I looked at clearence and found a couple or things that were really good prices. Perfume prices are great, when on sale. Nice and clean, also the officer there makes you feel a tad safer.”

“Friendly personnel and helpful. Clean store. This one is NOT my "home store", but I was in the area. Pleasant surprise that there was no problem to returning an item to another store in another town. Item was the wrong thing. My mistake. Have shopped Big Lots for over 30 years, in other states.”
“Nice WalMart. I had tires put on here and although it was a lengthy wait to get to the counter, eventually when the care was taken in they got it done quick. Store is super clean.”
“The employees here are friendly, the store is clean for the most part, ladies dressing rooms could be cleaner, huge chunks of dust. I used to like shopping here before they added Sephora. Now I have to rush to shop before anyone gets in there and starts spraying all of the perfumes. I've heard other customers having the same complaints, it's too much scent for those of us who are sensitive. That aside, I just learned to shop fast and early or order online. Amazon returns are also very easy here.”
“Call ahead system and lobby congestion/wait make first impression less then desirable. When seated the experiance is pleasant. The great, hard working staff, makes up for the lobby traffic jam and limited waiting seating.”

“There are all brands, sizes and prices, highly recommended, go with time, money and willingness to measure everything, recommendation is to go with comfortable clothes that you can put on and take off easily. There are some sections that say clearance, these are the biggest discounts that the store has, the shoes you should look carefully at the sizes, sometimes the same people put them where they are not and the sizes themselves can vary”

“Bathroom smells like pee but the store is very well stocked and organized. Aisles are too close together and makes the store feel stuffy. I don't enjoy shopping and saying excuse me every 30 seconds.”

“During the pandemic, Target was one of the first to offer curbside pick up for groceries ????
Since then, i have used them as my go to due to this service it is close to home, they do not change or add a premium price to pick up items as other curbside services do, and as i have become disabled, it allows me independence in being able to accomplish much of my grocery/toiletry/healthcare/household products. I will always be a loyal fan for those reasons.”
“Tonight we dealt with the customer service rep named Galaxy. We had a large prder and a couple of complications, and she remained kind and patient. That is rare these days. The lady in beauty also helped me with my things to the front to finish. She insisted on ringing everything up for us in beauty, but I insisted it was too much and preferred to go through things on the larger counter. As always, it was a good experience but this time it was a great experience due to helpful staff. Made checking out with my baby seamless.”
“The manager was super helpful. But, I didn't find anything other than a washable rug, and two kinds of cookies, that I couldn't live without. The store was well organized though.”

“I went in to buy some coke but they were out. They had some boot's for $3.50. Winter is coming so I got 2 pairs, I got 2 dresses they were $5.00 each. That made happy. But at the register I wanted cash back and they don't give it. I'm still happy.”
