Be wary - the location of company as in their photo is actually a motel!The jewellery is made in VietNamDon’t waste your money on these children 14 k gold stud earrings . They are so thin they hardly register on a ruler. 1/32 mm thick and the back of design looks like a plated metal . No 14k stamp as required to confirm it’s 14 k gold.It came in a cheap brown box with a small white flip case for earrings. However it’s all cardboard inside and the holes where earrings are to be kept are too large to hold the earrings and they don’t stay affixed with the post rather just fall behind the cardboard insert. Not very nice when paying $124.00 CA even $89 USAThey are presented inside the cardboard box which holds the white jewellery box . The earrings are so small that they put them in a tiny plastic baggie and have a thin plastic loop to hold one together. These will definitely be lost inside your child’s bedroom .I think this is a rinky dink company. I emailed them re delivery for my Granddaughter Birthday and a reply was personally written by email that the earrings were routed through the Netherlands and to Australia which it was included with several hundred other parcels awaiting Shipping. I actually got them the next day and had to pay $24 customs on earrings that are not worth itGo to a local jewelry shop and avoid this questionable supplier of so called 14 kHow much 14 k is not knownI should have read this more carefullyIt’s deceiving because they don’t tell you the width of the earrings which are extremely thinThe woman in the post office were shocked at how tiny and how poorly it was packagedAs if from a bin and thrown in a baggie and cheapest box on earthStay clear .

Nicole from BillyTheTree has been amazing. The charms I ordered took a little while to get to Australia and when I enquired she responded immediately. I was shipped the wrong charm in error (easily done) and a new charm was sent the next day. I have nothing but great things to say. The charms are just perfect too Thanks Nicole. Brilliant

Their phone number on Google search is disconnected. No customer support. Bought star earrings and both earrings broke within two weeks. No response from company via email either after 5 days. BillytheTree is NOT recommended!

Drove an hour to the address listed on Google only to find out that they haven’t been at this address for at least 3 years. Typically I’d call before driving that far but they don’t have a phone number that you can even call. Having up to date address info and a way to reach you is not a difficult concept.

The little charm arrived today--sooner than I had hoped to see it--and it is simply beautiful! It will be perfect to attach to the beaded and bedazzled gold star I give to my grandkids who are graduating from high school. My Emily attended the Idaho Fine Arts school in Meridian, Idaho and majored in music--piano mainly. The school, not to leave any discipline unrepresented, had the nine muses as their school mascots. Nine charms on one star was about eight too many so I was really happy to find such a lovely music staff on your site. The charm itself is even nicer than the photo. Perfect! I am so, so pleased and I thank you for your quality product and for your very prompt delivery. I know my sweet Emily will feel the same.

As an online customer all the way from Singapore, I was initially concern about ordering from a random online company.I was too attracted by their jade pendants so I placed an order with Billy the Tree, and Nicole was very helpful in assisting my order.Three weeks later, I must say that I am extremely impressed and satisfied by both the quality of the jade pendants and the quality of the service from Billy the Tree.Thank you a whole bunch!!

I cannot say enough about the incredible customer service BillyTheTree provided. I ordered a money clip with the UofI logo for my son's college graduation. After waiting for it to arrive I discovered it was lost in a USPS black hole. Nicole contacted the post office and tried to resolve the situation. When that didn't work she sent me a new one rush mail so that I would have it in time for his graduation. During this entire time she kept in contact via email and reassured me that my gift would arrive on time. Thank you Nicole for all your effort.

The Customer Service was brilliant, I was in close contact with Nicole.I am buying from Australia so i was a little anxious at first but that was soon eased! I was a little disappointed to see some of the paint on the pendant was smudged and out of place however apart from that i am overall happy

I had ordered a ring back in April and hadn't received it yet. I was recently taken by another online company that took my $$ and never sent the product. I checked out reviews for Billy, and saw a few people had bad reviews, so I was more concerned. But I reached out to customer service. And, they got right back to me! I had missed their message at check out that the piece I ordered was custom made, so it would take longer to ship. Totally on me, not them. They have been super nice. Looking forward to getting my piece when it's made! Thinking the other bad reviews were user error as well....they seem pretty on top of their customer service game. Will post again once I receive my item!
