Alright selection for products, but a majority of self checkouts are closed consistently and only a few regular checkouts are ever open. Ends up taking longer waiting for a checkout than actually shopping

Our order was once again delivered to the wrong address. The map pin is right on top of my house so there is no excuse. I called Walmart again and he asked if I could go retrieve my order after I already told him I was in a wheelchair then ask if anyone else could go get them my neighbors are both elderly and I ordered alot of groceries and by the way isn't that what we pay for ....by this time I was crying then he said nothing can be done because I ordered express..so I have to call corporate which never helps because this has happened so many times....I have CRPS and by the time I got off the phone my whole body was In spasms so I can't call them until my body calms down it's taken me over an hour to type this

If you work there don't get sick or make sure your family isn't in the hospital! They do not care and won't work with you and think it's a joke!! But that's Walmart for ya!! The workers are all over the place but no one to help you!

What a horrible TLE Department here.
1: Nobody ever picks up the phone when you call them.
2: You never know when you're going to actually be able to get your vehicle serviced for one of two reasons. Either they're "too busy" or nobody comes out to check you in.
3: Somehow they seem to "run out of oil". How is this the main objective of the Tire Lube Express and I get turned away for that reason?
4: When you finally do get your vehicle serviced there, you never know when you can check out because most times there isn't anybody who can run the register back there.
5: I just wish I could give 0 stars but I had to settle for a 1.

I hated the self checkouts at first but kinda like them now. I can go at my own pace and if someone doesn't like my speed they can go to another self checkout.

There are angels out there!!! We had been travelling, and our car battery died at the Circle K where we were getting gas. A very kind angel at that gas station gave us a jump, and we were able to make it to this Walmart auto center. Unbeknownst to us – more angels were working at this store! My husband went into the store as I stayed in the running car as we were afraid to turn it off! Within minutes manager Huseyen (I hope I got the spelling right) came out and said that they had our battery and he could replace it in about 2 hours. He told us to park the car in the lot and to go pay for the battery. We went back into the store and Mark helped us determine the correct battery for our car, shared the options available and associated costs, and then quickly rang up our purchase. Huseyen came back into the store and we said that we would go shopping while we waited, and he said, just wait a minute as I can replace the battery right now and he did! We were at the store no more than 30 minutes and left with a new installed battery. My husband offered a cash tip to Huseyen but he could not in the least be convinced to take it, and wished us continued safe travels. This is what I call 100% AAA+++ guest care, but more than that, I am convinced that Mark and Huseyen are 2 angels down here on Earth. THANK YOU both so very much for your amazing service! Both deserve a raise or at least a bonus as you can be sure that we will share this story with our family and friends.

The Walmart in Bartow is a refreshing change from the often crowded retail experience found at other locations. This store is pleasantly un-crowded, making it a nice place to shop without the usual hustle and bustle.

The wireless center within the electronics department is particularly impressive. It boasts mobile experts who can help with a variety of phone-related needs, from setting up new devices to troubleshooting issues. They can even save you money on new phones and cover pretty much all the major carriers. This makes it a true one-stop shop for anything phone-related.
In summary, the Walmart in Bartow offers a clean, tidy, and un-crowded shopping experience. The well-equipped electronics department and the comprehensive wireless center are standout features that make this location a great place to shop for all your needs.

Congratulations to this Walmart Location, on working to improve somethings that people have left bad reviews about. I find it kind of strange that just last night I was looking up the reviews and reading them and then Today I see Employees at every single checkout lane. 2 thumbs up Walmart ??
