We stopped by this shop last weekend when visiting Miami because my sons wanted to see the famous Bughatti watch in person. Kids were treated with so much respect and learned about this unique brand - now they are saving up money to buy a Jacob watch :)) Thanks for these nice moments!

We came to purchase a pen and a wrist piece for my wife. Waited an hour to be told that “compliance” did not approve the credit card purchase using a valid ID and valid credit card. Almost missed our flight because of this. Not a good place to go. We have Rolex, AP and a lot of other great pieces. Not a great customer service place.

Pretentious staff. Jacob has got to get the staff to step up when convincing me to spend 50% than what I can get brand new in secondary market. At least get the tone in check with the sales associate.
