This pharmacy has the worst service I’ve ever seen. Do not come here if you depend on medication and need it regularly because they will not have it ready for you and you will have to call them endlessly and be on hold for hours. On another occasion, after waiting for about 2 hours, I got the medication, went home and then had to come back because it was prescribed to someone else!! They do not even deserve 1 star! I do not know how something like this is possible in the US..

the worst pharmacy i ever been !
while you are waiting you could die !!!
Firstly they ask to wait 30-40 min to prepare a medicates .
But they didn’t have a people in the line.
when i came back in 50 min - they ask to wait more time .

Went to pick up my child’s antibiotic and the female at the drive through was filing her nails for about 5 minutes before even greeting me. After getting home I realized the bottle and the dosage didn’t make sense so i went back the next day and the pharmacist told me that the bottle was not filled up correctly and i would need to pick up another bottle in 3 days when it was in stock. How could the employee not let the customer know that half their medicine is not given. Please hire people that are willing to work and not focused on the dirt inside their fingernails. Thank you to the pharmacist that helped and explained everything to me

This pharmacy has systemic issues. They dispense medicines that have been cancelled by elderly mother's doctor and fail to deliver medicines that she needs to be taking. At my next opportunity I'm going to switch pharmacies.

Waited on hold for an hour, called back again and the same thing. Someone kept picking up the phone and then putting me back on hold. Not a word to me. Not even a “please hold”. Just hear people talking in the background. Very unprofessional. Never have I had experience with any other pharmacy like this one. Horrible horrible customer service. Would have gone to a different pharmacy if this wasn’t the only one walking distance. I get people get busy but at least answer for a second to see what I want! Disgraceful.

I’ve been going to the pharmacy for a few years for convenience but I’ve rarely had a good experience. They aren’t very welcoming. But I have finally decided to move my prescriptions to Public after having one called into them and they wanted to charge me $90 for the same prescription I can get at Publix for $10. RX Saver is amazing but for Walgreens to be that much higher is ridiculous! Compare their prices with others before you just use them. Such a scam!

I was already going to leave a negative review but just looking at the comments is enough to reveal the lack of awareness that this establishment has, there are other Walgreens that understand one's situation and that in this country there is no Venezuelan consulate, they still accept my expired passport, not this one, I have to return to myself then come again to demonstrate my identity, what a lack of awareness those here have.

I have been treated so poorly by the pharmacist Jason and his staff,nobody should be treated so poorly. I had been trying to speak with the pharmacist since 4:00,after work,he has Refused to refill my prescription, I am disabled in a wheelchair, I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and I have been discriminated by this pharmacist, I am in tears.Beware of this place.

Terrible pharmacy service. Went twice for pick up and the medication was not ready. They transfer the RX to a different store that also was bad.
It’s like a Walgreens policy to provide a bad service to the customer…
