My experience at Aventura Hospital was extremely pleasant! I’d like to give Nurse Paloma some recognition who was so attentive and caring during my visit! She was very patient with all our questions and answered them all with a smile while being very informative. She assisted me so quickly with everything I needed and made my visit a breeze. Definitely recommend this hospital for their services.

Good afternoon I would like to share with you all the wonderful people that was helping me and still helping me and I appreciate it very much the names Jonathan OmerW. Jessica U.EloyQ.Micheal RolphV. Ezno Alex I do hope that what they're doing Inspire others to work the same way as they do I don't hold no grudge against no one I'm quite sure everyone does they work and that's the best of the ability but these people that help me and still are like I said to me there are special and I like the facility and I like the people that works there thanks

I would like to say how absolutely excellent Aventura rehab is an occupational physical therapy is everyone over there is absolutely great from Chris to Claude to magic Mike Sarah everyone help me in my healing process. I am always grateful for the help that day gave me and even to this day with my outpatient therapy they’re still helping me with my healing process and I’m forever grateful. Is a great place to come you’re very persistent. They’re very educated. They know what they are doing. They will not hurt you. They will push you but in a good way if you need physical therapy if you need occupational therapy speech therapy this is a place.

I will never go back to this emergency room.. The people there, nurses, assistants, physicians don't really care. Went there on 2 opportunities with very bad stomach pain; the Dr talked to me less of 1/2 min, all the Drs did the same, the nurses didn't care either, I was screaming of pain and they only pass my room's door, lost all sensitivity. At the end they sent me home without knowing what happened to me, no one explained anything, only told me to see my primary physician...?This hospital is very modern and with all the necessary medical machines but what is most important for patients, is to be treated with kindness and empathy and that, you will not find here....

My husband was transferred here for emergency surgery, was here for 7 days then had to return for complications for another 3 days. The ICU and 9th floor staff were phenomenal in their level of care. Attentive, kind, friendly and the nurse leader for the 9th went above and beyond to ensure our needs were being met. All of the support staff from food services and janitorial were very kind and friendly as well throughout both stays. The 6th floor was not a good experience at all, all around they did not seem to care or want to be bothered. During both stays, a nurse supervisor named Alana was attentive, communicated with me while I was traveling across the world to get to my husbands bedside, and all around ensured he was receiving the care he needed and we had all appropriate updates in a timely fashion.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very polite and my well-being always came first. Clean rooms and everyone was very friendly. If you even find yourself in the care of Aventura hospital you won’t be disappointed. Personally want to thank Capt. Kirk, Nurse Manager.

Excellent hospital. the staff, nurses, even EVS techs are very friendly and always attentive to your needs! nurses are super nice and very caring towards patients! the doctors are extremely caring too. You can tell everyone is on their A game! such a nice warm environment. Very caring

Worst Emergency Room Ever! DO NOT GO HERE! You are treated as if you are just a number. They don’t care what you’ve walked in with. You will be told to sit and you will wait for hours. This is my fourth time experiencing this here so it can’t be a coincidence. I will not be coming back .

This is a real mockery of patients who are in pain and need urgent surgery.No one knows anything, it is impossible to find a doctor, no one is responsible for the patient, it is impossible to get any information about the patient, they told me that my husband was undergoing surgery, after which, after two hours of worry, I learned from my husband call that he was kept in the operating room and the operation was moved to different time and this happened three times .. is this America or is this a third world country..

My mother broke her hip and she got the surgery 2 hours after the incident. Then she was in the ICU and every nurse that she had was nice. When she went to the 7th floor the nurses were nice except one shift they would not listen to me because she wasn’t eating and she needed IV fluid. After that she got it after my SON talked to them I was extremely disappointed in that. But otherwise everything was great!Thank you HCA!
