On 4/22/2024 walked into verizon store in auburndale florida to switch 2 phones over to Verizon. After working with salesman, found out they could not port our numbers, company that did that was down. Walked out, wanted to keep my numbers. On 04/23/2024 walked back in told salesman I had been in day before but didn’t not have the papers After an hour they said the needed to add two lines to fix a problem setting up our phones, but the extra 2 line would be taken off and we would not be charged once they fixed the problem. 05/18/2024. I have six lines. On my bill! 2 line from 4/22/2024, an 4 lines from 4/23/2024. I am being charged for all. I was charged on 4/8/2024 and show charges pending again on my next scheduled billing. After hours with Verizion support, there are still charges for the 4 extra lines I never asked for. I have put about 20 hours into this process and it is still not fixed!

Deceptive practices. Do not trust what the salesperson tells you. They will promise you discounts on your monthly service, but it will take a couple months for it to show up on your bill. Then when it never shows up, they just say contact customer service online. John Nickell was my salesman. I would not trust anything he tells you.
***5/16/24*** called the customer service number with the details.... "thanks for your call, this information will be forwarded to management and used in training" .... so basically, nothing changed, no resolution offered. This is what I have come to expect from Verizon. Three times I have been told they will review the case and call me back. Want to guess how many times they called back?.... 0..... So my advice to anyone looking for phone service, don't trust the salespeople at Verizon Auburndale store, and if you do get a phone from them, don't count on any support or customer service help. If you absolutely, positively must have Verizon, then go to Costco, because I think if you have problems there, then Costco will try to fix it.

Just updated to a new phone. Our sales rep, Jean was very curteous, efficient, and helpful. He answered all our questions and explained the deal he was offering thoroughly. My second phone from this location. I recommend them highly!

Amhad was great it helped me order my new iPhone 15 max pro and hooked me up with Verizon deal with an iPad and Apple Watch. My family is definitely happy with our purchases and Amhad. He even came in on his day off, drive to another store to get my iPad and then meet us at another store to finalize the sale. I’m a serial entrepreneur so I’m really big on customer service and Amhad EXCEEDED our expectations! Please give him a raise and promote him ASAP!❤️

I just want to thank Chris for his outstanding service he provided me . I had my son who bought me a prepaid phone for Verizon but I wasn't able to activate it , I was told to go to the store.. Chris was outstanding.. he was patient, caring, friendly and activated my phone.. I just want to thank him.. he's in the auburndale store.. Nancy

I was treated unprofessionally. I was getting attended by another agent when butt it in cause I got asked if the person in the account is with me , cause they needed I’d from her, after doing this in 5 different occasions, it’s frustrating any way ( Amber Smith) was very rude and hostile and ended up kicking me out of the store , she was on the phone when I came in , so she most of had a bad day or the phone call was not pleasant cause she took out on me.

Yasmin H at the Auburndale location is AMAZING. She has the best personality and listened to what we wanted. So quick and painless. She will ALWAYS be our go to. That girl deserves a raise!!!!!
