Real bad internet service. They dug up my yard to bury wires and internet goes out ever, single, day. Canceled today. Customer service on the phone was good, (additional star).
Asked me To return my equipment. Gave me the address to the nearest store. Sign in and wait, only to be told that they do not take back their own equipment....? And that I have to go to a random Ups store to return boxes and routers...? Weird. Thank GOD frontier did the whole neighborhood last year. Cancelled today, frontier scheduled for tmrw.

Do not get spectrum internet!! I had an outage yesterday all day, my fiancé works from home they first told me it will be restored by 430pm, turned into 10pm, went to sleep at 2am and it was still not restored. Today outage again, called to get credited for yesterday and today. They told me I would get credited for yesterday $3 and today only if it’s longer than 4 hours. This is ridiculous and not acceptable I’m charging provider

Very busy and waited quite awhile to be seen after signing in. Schedule an appointment and I'm sure it will go faster. Staff was friendly, 6 work stations and all but 1 had someone working.

Horrible service. Been dealing with a ping latency issue for over a month with no solution. Technician comes to the home and tries to tell me nothing is wrong, but then informs me he doesn't have the ability to test for the issue properly. Same issue with the supervisor who I talked to afterwards.
Has been going on for over a month. If there was more than one provider in my area, I would not be using them.

I leave this review not to reflect on the company as a whole but to bring attention to a supervisor by the name of Kevin M. Unsure if his characteristics can be retrained by the company, but based on my experience he was horrendous. He truly portrayed unprofessional and distasteful mannerisms throughout our encounter and will not be utilizing this branch due to his behaviors.

Stephan at the Auburndale store is great! Acknowledged me before I could even enter my language preference into the tablet at the front door. Efficient, professional, helpful and friendly. Everything customer service should be.

They are well known for their poor customer service and they never fail you. You can no longer turn in items in the store, I appreciate you making that public knowledge. They make you sign in on a kiosk when you go in just to ask you the same questions when you get called back. When I was there today I seen 6 employees in the store, only 1 was helping a customer, I still had to wait.
