The younger girls running the register have no idea what they are doing. Trying to charge me again after I paid online. It's never been returned to my account. Instead of getting a manager or anyone with more experience they just kept babbling nonsense. I hate your store and your pharmacy. Publix sucks altogether. I will never go in anymore of them ever again.

Just so everyone knows, Publix is in violation of HIPPA laws by providing prescription information with multiple stores and their employees even though those employees are not directly involved with your medical care. And this pharmacy in particular is known for holding medications and not filling them for days. If a representative from Publix sees this, since my prescriptions have been shared company wife or state wide, I am legally entitled to have all the names and qualifications of any pharmacy workers throughout the system that have had access to my medicine records. Will you comply or should I contact HIPPA and my attorney?

I have always gotten excellent service at this pharmacy. There is sometimes a wait, they do need more help, but they are always pleasent and if there is an issue they are quick to resolve it. I switched to the new Publix pharmacy, it was closer to home, picked up two prescriptions and transfeered back to the Havendale Publix Pharmacy, because of the better customer service I always receive. Thank you Publix Havendale Pharmacy Staff! Keep up the good work.

I was the second person at this pharmacy when it first opened I've been coming here from years. Now all of a sudden the pharmacy tech feels uncomfortable with me because I'm doing what she asked me to I was not stalking the lady. After all these years of good service. And now they turned on me and I need to take my prescription somewhere else. I'm not a stalker I was only doing what the technician told me to do.

I had to hit one star really didn’t want to for this pharmacy it is be on a disgrace. My husband picked up my prescriptions not knowing you know which ones that I needed and which ones I didn’t and they didn’t ask so they charged me $16 for a prescription that I don’t take that I’m allergic to but yet they cannot replace anything or refund was even a store credit. Besides that the pharmacy staff there is not very friendly I’ve been their numerous times where they have made employees cry in front of everybody and the other supervisor would come and help whoever it was but never do anything about it because that pharmacist is still there she is a Spanish lady can’t remember her name and don’t care to remember it. But we will never go back to that pharmacy even if I needed a medication and they were the only ones that had it. I also spoke to a supervisor of the store and they couldn’t do anything for me so I am out $16.00 and they don’t care. Wow Publix hope your happy for my $16.00 cause I won’t be spending another dime in this pharmacy.

They take forever to fill prescriptions and I never got a call it was ready but literally RAN into the store at 6:00 pm on a Sunday after calling myself on the way to confirm it was ready and told them I was rushing there. Well, they were pulling the gate closed and said they couldn’t help me. It was literally 6:00 on a Sunday and they are closed Monday for Memorial Day. Thanks Publix. Great customer service. You just lost my business.

Never a disappointment! Every time I call my prescription is ready. They definitely need more customer service help though. Long time waiting on phone. Pharmacist shouldn’t have to answer the phone for regular customers. Excellent service otherwise.

Gave them 3 days to fill prescription...talked with a very rude person on the phone to confirm it would be ready by the third day...3 days come and gone and no prescription...I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy...no customer service at all

This is the worst pharmacy—especially since it’s a Publix entity, you’d expect more professionalism and attention to detail. However, this 5 star rating isn’t for this Pharmacy, it’s for Farrah. I can’t even begin to go in to the work that it took to get my long term prescriptions down to lower cost. I’ve made so many calls, battled the insurance company, my doctors office and everyone at the pharmacy… Until Farrah got on the other line— heard me out and changed it all. She worked different angles to make my out of pocket cost come down and then she even applied coupons I didn’t even know existed. She went miles out of the way, spent 25 minutes on the phone with me two different times and made everything ok for me again. It says a lot for someone to impress me. She truly did. I hope this gets to management. She needs to be the role model for the other team members to aspire to, with real old values driving the renowned Publix reputation to goodness. Thanks again Farrah. The rest of you need to take notes.

I’m not sure why they give you a time when your prescription will be ready when they never even start on it until you show up. Once again, I ordered a refill 2 days ago. I call this morning to confirm. Yes, they have it. It will be ready at 3:00. My son gets there at 3:40. It will be at least another 30 minutes. 30 minutes later. They aren’t sure when it will be done. 20 minutes later, they are preparing it now. Guess what? 30 more minutes. So I try to call while he’s waiting. No one ever answers. I let it ring about 100 times. Twice! I wish this was an isolated incident, but this is the norm. Every. Single. Time.
