I went in this location with a metro pcs phone that needed just a sim and activated. I was hoping to spend 50$. But low and behold the metro pcs rep had something else in mind. He tells me he can get me a new phone for free just activation and first month. I say OK. He gets everything set up and says ok that'll be 108$...I was stunned. I asked what plan he put me on as I requested the 35 a month package. He proceeded to lie to me twice and say he put me on the 40 dollar plan and got me a "deal" he said the 108 was 45 for first month (it's only 40 if you do auto pay...) 16$ in taxes for the "free" phone and 40 something for activation... I said OK along as the plan was only 40 a month.The next morning I get a text from metro saying "thanks for signing up for the 65$ Latin America plus plan"... I quickly looked up my account info and found that the salesmen charged me 10$ for Latin America calling... which I never said I wanted nor needed. And the Latin America plus package at 10$. Also never said I wanted it or was told I would be put on it. So I paid 20$ extra yesterday for services I do not want or need. And my plan was set for 50$ a month (55 without autopay) what a shoddy salesman. I plan to go in Tomorrow and see if they will fix this and refund me the 20dollars that wasn't fraudulently charged to my account

Have you ever walked into a store and felt like you were being conned? Not many phone store are like that but this one is on another level. Every 3 months I switch services for a new upgraded phone.Tell me how 2 phones that are both free when you switch both the same price when you don't but somehow the total is like 100$ different. I swear I come back thinking things changed but no. Only come to pay your phone bill. There's a good chance there's a big mark up on the phone you are interested in compared to the store down the road. I never have this issue at other stores. From My personal experience and opinion.

This store is a scam. Please avoid this Havendale location as well as the location on spirit lake. They will ring up accessories you didn't ask for then run your card. Then the receipt says *No refunds on accessories* They knowingly over charge and they are finding ways to scam you.

Scam company. Owner and employees should be arrested. They tell you that youre buying a "100$" phone, when it's actually $20. Then charge you 80$ worth of accessories without telling you. Hand you a receipt and then say no returns. Police won't be able to help you either.

The store manager chance was extremely helpful and got me in and out pretty fast considering how long the line was he handled me and a few other customers at the same time in a fairly professional manner considering he had an extremely rude customer in the store I'll definitely be going back for all my future purchases just because of how efficiently they got me in and out , very happy with the transaction ?
