Lance was professional but at the same time made a personal commitment to help us in selling our home. He was patient and spent a lot of time explaining the process and answered all questions. I was in the process of fillling out the online form and received a phone call from Lance before I finished it. We spoke about the property and I told him my priorities were price and time. LESS THAN 2 HOURS LATER he called me back with an offer and let me know the time frame to close. If you are in a time crunch call Lance, he will make it worth your time!

Lance from Girl Dad Investments helped me and my family by buying from us a property we no longer wanted to keep or maintain, the property needed way too many repairs and they were able to buy it as-is for a price that worked for us, I definitely recommend working with these company if you're looking to sell your unwanted property, they can also help if you're dealing with a Preforeclosure, they offer several ways to help you avoid it which I think is absolutely phenomenal!
