Mr. Jim the owner started out as pleasant reassuring me he could satisfy my request. When expressed my dislike for my results and requested a refund due to being on a time restraint he avoided me. I had to pay another company to complete the work I needed. When I went to the business to further inquire about my refund he was very rude and wouldn't listen to what I had to say. I asked him for the product I paid for and he stated I threw it away! He then said I'm done with this and walked away. So now I'm without a refund and the product I paid for. That's over $100 dollars! I'm highly disappointed with the way the owner treated a paying customer. This was my first time and last time doing business with Custom Printing. They are such a staple in the community. I wonder if his other customers know he can be so rude and take people money. I even reached out to someone who's done business with him for 20 years and he refused to speak to them. Mr. Jim seems to believe because he has no bad reviews for 27 years that his actions are justifiable. After he realized how wrong he was I then received an email later on that I have a store credit.
