Very rude staff at the shipper and receiver window. Avoid them them as much as possible. Don't even greet them lol. It's like you offended them.

This company is terrible to deliver to. I delivered to this company twice and had to wait 3 to 4 hours to be loaded. I went in there three times to speak to somebody and there’s a lady sitting at the front desk stating that there’s nothing that she can do, we have to just wait. I also spoke to my broker and my broker was also calling the company to let them know that I have been sitting in my truck for 3 to 4 hours with appointment 7 o’clock. Nobody started loading me too, 1040 and I had another appointment. I had to drop off at 11 AM.. Terrible terrible terrible experience I had with this company twice.

Just don't be late for more than 10 minutes or you will get charged 180$

1st time here. I arrived early for my appointment. I was put in a door within 15 minutes. I was loaded and rolling in about 90 minutes.
