Such a nice small local business! Carissa is always so welcoming, kind and ready to help!
We bring our toys/clothes that we don't use anymore, sell them and buy some other things from here! The prices are very good, and you can find toys, clothes, shoes, games, strollers and a lot of things for new moms and babies!
We like this place!!!

Carissa the Owner of Trendy Kids is so generous and kind always!! Love the Clothes, to the toys, shoes, etc! Beautiful quality clothing and shoes. I have been a customer for years and shopped today with my Niece who loves the mini shopping carts for Kids to shop too!! I rate the business a 10 !! ?

Went there and owner working stated the internet was down. I bought a pair of sneakers along with a jacket and $50 worth of items and she stated she could not give me a receipt because the system was down. Had to pay cash. The sneakers ended up being too small so I had to drive 40 minutes to go back and I asked if I could exchange them for a pair of shoes that fit my daughter and pay whatever difference. The same exact woman the owner who literally just saw me said I needed a receipt or shoe tag and refused. Horrible customer service will not be returning.

I’ve bought and sold here several times for both my children. You can find great stuff—almost new high chairs, play kitchens, awesome big toys, etc. We’ve bought puzzles here too and they always have all the pieces. The owner is always super nice and is fair with the prices she offers you. Definitely recommend!

I found a pair of pants here for my daughter and weren’t sure if they were going to work for a school costume. Carissa, the owner, said I could buy them now and return them if the didn’t work. I brought them back the next day with the receipt and original tag still on because they weren’t the right color for the costume. The owner was not present and the employee working said the owner doesn’t like when they accept returns and had to call her on her cell phone to check. The owner told her not to accept my return! The employee was visibly upset and tried to remind her that she had told me I could bring the pants back and I could hear the owner yelling at her on the phone. She hung up and started crying and told me how badly she wanted to quit. A pretty disturbing experience over an $11 return.

Bought an item for $4.50 and was told by the owner at the register it totaled $4.82 with tax. She then charged my credit card $5.00 without telling me and crumbled up the receipt. When I realized this and called the owner to ask why this happened, she informed me that my credit card charges me the extra 18 cents and she has no control over what the total comes to on her machine. She then called me rude for questioning her and suggested I call the police and an attorney and come back to the store. Very strange and definitely illegal.

Took clothing to trendy kids. The owner was so rude when I went to get paid and pick up. She had my stuff under piles of stuff and I had to wait for her to find it while berating me about using grocery bags to bring them in. She only took a handful of things for $11 dispute loads of unworn clothing being in the bags. Her coffee cup was on the edge of the counter and my baby grabbed it and it fell and she got irritated with me! I was like, "well you shouldn't have an open coffee mug on the customer side of the counter of a kids store." I took the $11 and my bags and left and will never go back. The owner is awful. No wonder all the decent employees quit. As I was leaving she was like "well I need to shampoo the carpets now" as if the store is in any way clean. Ugh.

Worst store ever!! Won’t be back the store is a wreck I was tripping over items and the owner is rude she yells at her employees and treats them horribly. The owner talks badly about parents and tells them what they are doing wrong with their children. The owner closes the store all the time never sticks to her hours and bad mouth her employees that keep her store running because she is never there. She takes items out of peoples buy and keeps them and doesn’t pay for it!! She did it to me and when I said something about it she told me it wasn’t my items it clearly was. Stuff that is marked on sale she will say to beautiful to sell for what’s it marked and wanted me to pay full price!!!! I heard the store is closing in a few months so better use all your store credit.
