Usually very helpful, guess not at 8am on a Tues though. Just needed Scott's 3in1 turf builder. Employees standing chatting and person in lawn and garden had no clue what I was talkin about. Goin across street to HD that I never go to!

It was first time I went to this location. The young gentleman at the paint department was amazing. He was very helpful with choosing the right paint that I needed. He took the time to explain all the options I had and what was the best ones. I was very impressed especially since I keep experiencing terrible customer service at some other locations. From now on I’ll shop only at this store.

We bought what was supposed to be a new microwave from Lowe's. When we went to install it, it had clearly been opened and returned. We called customer service and they said there would be a slight discount. We installed it and it didn't work and was missing parts. We then had to uninstall it and take it back. I told the manager that I thought the least they could do was refund me the price of the microwave and give me the new one for free because we wasted 3-4 hours on the install, uninstall, and reinstall of the new one. Plus taking it back to the store. Rudy the manager told me that it was our fault for installing an open one in the first place. I told him that I thought Lowe's would check their products to make sure they work and he told me that there was no way that they could do that. I guess the lesson here is that if you buy anything from Lowe's, you are rolling the dice on whether it works even if you think its brand new. The thing that really bothered me was that Rudy didn't take the time to really listen to me. It took me three times explaining what I wanted before he realized it. Enrique was another manager there that I explained things too and he only heard part of the story. It's just nuts to me that they didn't want to take the time to be empathetic or make it right. Don't tell me that Lowe's couldn't give me a $180 credit to apologize for selling me a used product when we thought we were buying a new one.

Experience was absolutely top notch Mr. Christopher went above & beyond to make sure I had my product ordered an ready for me to pick up.aside from the fact that it was not his department he demostrated perfect customer service.I was able to purchase 2 john deer mowers thanks to the multiple calls he made in multiple stores. This employee truly deserves a raise.

Bought 5 bags of mulch. Ask a garden employee paul, if he could load
them into my truck. He gave me a wise look and did not say anything until I said whats the problem. I told him I had 5 bags after he asked how many. Kind of made me feel that I should do it myself. I asked the cashier to get me the store manager and he shows up again saying he is one if the managers. He then grudgingly says he will load them. I said go ahead but I will be complaining to the GM. He never apologized or said there was a misunderstanding. I will be taking my business across the street or Ace hardware etc. This is the worst Lowes store in my area.
