We also sat with the staff and planned out a complete set of kitchen cabinets that we are in the process of ordering. “I don’t normally write reviews, but the customer service at All Quality Marble and Granite has been exceptional in every aspect. I started working with them over a year ago to renovate my kitchen. Unfortunately, there was a delay on my end due to issues with my builder, but Roberta was kind enough to hold onto my slabs until the kitchen was finally ready. Their flexibility with payment and helpful design suggestions made the whole process much smoother.
What also stood out was how friendly and patient the installers were. They were super funny and stayed jovial, even though my husband kept asking questions and hovering around. Not once did they seem frustrated.
I’m genuinely confused by any negative reviews, because these guys clearly understand what it means to provide excellent customer service.

“Clean and up to date, this parts shop makes your stop a quick visit. You can get your part from the shelves or just ask one of the two persons behind the counter. The prices here are on par with the online shops, so why pay for shipping or wait? You can find parts for refrigerators, dishwashers, washer and dryer, etc. I inherited a GE fridge, with the house I bought, that is in good condition but needed some repairs. I'm not ready to fork out 2K-3K on a new fridge, so these repairs will buy me a couple of years or more.”

“Replacing the countertops was the last project for my home renovation. I was overjoyed to find American Granite Factory. Debbie helped me pick out the quartz and gave me a quote the same day. The following week, Eddie came to make the template and fabrication was immediately started. Jeremiah installed the quartz countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. It’s beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The process was seamless. Debbie was always available to answer questions. Eddie who made the template has great attention to detail and made sure everything would fit perfectly. Jeremiah was friendly and did an awesome job matching the seams and installing the sinks. I didn’t have one faucet so they came back out and drilled a second hole with no problems and no extra charge. Once my laundry room cabinets were installed, I had them return to template, fabricate and install the quartz countertop. Again, the process was seamless and they did an awesome job. My only regret is that I didn’t order the laundry room cabinets from AGF. Out of all the businesses and installers I dealt with AGF truly stands out. They go above and beyond to exceed expectations. I highly recommend AGF.”
