I must say - Penny was there to answer all my questions even if they were a little on the lumber rookie side compared to her contractor clients. When I came to the yard she gave me a tour of the products and proudly showed off the quality of their stock. Many times you don't find this level of service when you mix homeowners with businesses that do bigger sales with contractors. “My inducer motor was malfunctioned and I have shopped around for two weeks as most of the accessory vendor just listed it as back-ordered, or it was just sold out. I did contact a few of them and Allied Controls was the only one did get back to me promptly. Dale was very professional and respectful to his customers, this is the best customer experience I haven't received for years. “Went in knew exactly what I was looking for just didn't know where it was. Muriel was very helpful he saw me looking at the signs and ask if he could help me I told him I was looking for screws he took me right to the direction . I saw what I wanted online just had to go in and grab while grabbing he asked if I needed any help with any advice. I told him what I was looking to do and he mentioned I grabbed the correct ones. He was very helpful. The store was clean and not busy as it was early in the morning. They even have Halloween decor out which i absolutely love.”
