I SPECIFICALLY said my hair shrinks and pointed EXACTLY where to cut to mitigate this. My stylist ignored what I said and cut my hair the shortest it's ever been in my entire life. And I had to spend EXTRA time here because she didn't even straighten like I told her to in the beginning!!
Thanks for making me cry on my birthday looking like an absolute FOOL with the shortest hair possible. Hate doesn't even begin to describe how I look. I'm beyond embarrassed!
If you're a women do NOT come here!!!! ?? $50 spent just to be devastated on my birthday is absolutely ridiculous.

Kayla did exactly what I asked her NOT to do. I have stinky short bangy things I can't tie back or tuck behind my ears. I'm sorry I tipped her. Possibly my worst haircut ever. I can't even look in the mirror. Really bad mistake to go here.
