I arrived at the bank 2 minutes after they closed and understandably the door was locked. I was okay with using the ATM outside but unfortunately, it was broken. I made eye contact with banker Elise to inform her that the ATM seemed broken. After trying to tell her, she ignored me as if she could not see or hear me. I was thankful that Steven was present to clarify the issue and he offered me several solutions. Steven proceeded to further assist me but very quickly, Elise could magically hear and see me all of a sudden to deny his efforts. It is sad to see chase have such unwilling and sorry to say, lazy employees. Ive been a customer since the washington mutual acquisition. It has changed drastically throughout the years. I hope nothing but the best for Steven as he is an individual that goes above and beyond for his customers. If you plan to bank at this branch, try to speak with Steven. With my brief encounter, he was the nicest, attentive and overall professional there.

Absolutely terrible bank! Don't even have an account my wife and I have a car loan through the bank and they would not even let me make a payment on my wife's loan! Shouldn't matter where the payments coming from as long as you're getting a payment for your loan that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard! Time to refinance my loan to get away from this place!

There is a person working there named Steven R. His customer service skills are horrendous. I went there today inquiring about certain fees for a service I need to handle and he thought talking down to me was the way to handle the situation. As if I had no idea what I was talking about. I hope you read this, Steven, and I hope you get off your high horse. I went to another branch and they helped me with everything.

They should close Apopka branch or get better professional employees, they are very in-respectful personal working in that place, when i can make it to the one in Main Street and i have to go to this branch i fell the worst bad felling ever.They better get trained or realize we are customers no animals.

Just wanted to say thank you for the help with the notarization I needed today. The notary was very busy and it was a bit of a wait. But the staff checked on me numerous times and apologized for the wait. I also had a difficult document to sign but they found a way to complete the notarization for me. Thank you so much!

I can't stress it enough "DO NOT BANK AT THIS BANK!"One of their loyal employees made fraudulent transactions against my account. Counter E Checks were cashed against my account for $1,100, $900, $600 and a $220.00 and ATM transaction all in one day within 10 minutes on April 12, 2023 and. I reported this to the fraud department and they keep telling me 3 to 5 business days to review and investigate this claim. The claims department told me exactly which branch these transactions were made from. So I went up to this branch in Apopka, Fl. 2111 E. Semoran Blvd and spoke to the Branch Manager Officer Paul Hussein NMLS ID: 1224396 and he told me that these transactions were not done at his branch, he is a liar. Like I said the fraud department told me exactly where everything was done. It is now May 5, 2023 and I still have not received my money back into my account as of yet. Every time I call they keep saying it will be 3 to 5 business days. This was definitely and inside job. There are more claims to this incident the ATM for $220.00 and a Chevron purchase of $33.65. The Chevron purchase was returned to my account. They had a Debit card sent to my house by UPS and 2 minutes later a guy pulls up to my house and take the envelope all on my ring camera, and they headed straight to 2111 E. Semoran an robbed my bank account. This is unacceptable CHASE.
