Replacing the countertops was the last project for my home renovation. I was overjoyed to find American Granite Factory. Debbie helped me pick out the quartz and gave me a quote the same day. The following week, Eddie came to make the template and fabrication was immediately started. Jeremiah installed the quartz countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. It’s beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The process was seamless. Debbie was always available to answer questions. Eddie who made the template has great attention to detail and made sure everything would fit perfectly. Jeremiah was friendly and did an awesome job matching the seams and installing the sinks. I didn’t have one faucet so they came back out and drilled a second hole with no problems and no extra charge. Once my laundry room cabinets were installed, I had them return to template, fabricate and install the quartz countertop. Again, the process was seamless and they did an awesome job. My only regret is that I didn’t order the laundry room cabinets from AGF. Out of all the businesses and installers I dealt with AGF truly stands out. They go above and beyond to exceed expectations. I highly recommend AGF.

We originally looked at all the possibilities for kitchen counter tops from both Lowe’s and Home Depot, but they didn’t quite fit us. My husband then looked for other places and found AGF. We’re so glad we did! Debbie, (who originally helped us decide and price), Eddie(the gentleman who came to measure) and Dac were all very professional and listened to everything we wanted. Excellent experience! When we do the bathrooms, they’ll be the first people we go to!

I love my countertops from AGF. Jeremiah was one of my installers and he was friendly and very knowledgeable. They did such a great job I had them install countertops in my bathrooms. Doc and Debbie were great as well! Highly recommend!

Dac and Debbie are a good team and the countertops are lovely.The installation team were a trying to do too much too quick and frankly were not customer service oriented.

I bought quartz for a vanity top. Their selection is good, as is the service. The price was right too. They sell all kinds of home decor there, not just granite and quartz. Highly recommend.

Love this company. They have the best customer service. We went in and ordered Quartz countertops. They had a problem with Cambria not ordering them. They called us back in and was very apologetic. We went with a different Quartz counertop and within 3 days they were installed. I highly recommend this company.

When we started looking at suppliers for two counter-tops, we booked the job with Lowe's. Big mistake. Lowe's subcontracts and their subcontractor did not seem to have any of the details we supplied to Lowe's. And, when I suggested they go back to Lowe's for the details, they hung up on me.So, we cancelled Lowe's and we are glad we did. A neighbor recommended we try American Granite. Not only did we save 30%+ ($2,400 vs $1,600) on the cost, but we got great service and superior follow up with zero hassles. Deb and Dac were terrific to work with! We are now working on an outdoor kitchen and they will be the only place we shop for our next counter-tops!

This is the place to go for granite and quartz countertops! They are professional and very easy to work with and they are priced very competitively. I have used them on a couple of projects and could not be happier with the service and the results and I can guarantee you that they went above and beyond for me to give such high praise. It is worth the drive to Apopka to get this quality of workmanship. If there were a better grade than excellent I would give it to them.

Buying our counter tops from American Granite Factory, was the best experience my wife and I have had. Dac, was amazing to work with. He is proof that their are people who care! Great, salesmanship, attitude, and extremely helpful and caring. Our counter tops are exceptionally beautiful, we are very happy with the work. I purchased granite for my entire house from American Granite Factory. My kitchen counters were installed 10 years ago and look as good as the day they were installed. All the bathrooms were replaced with granite and new under mount sinks one year ago. The granite selection and prices are excellent. Customer service is rare these days, but you will get excellent service at American Granite Factory.
