“A little tough to find as this location is located in an older converted house and doesn’t have the same feel as a typical USPS. It is hard to find even off of 41 because the green directional sign off of 41 is covered with branches and green leaves. Once you turn on to Flamingo, look to your right and it’s next to a salon and a white picket fence. Hope this helps new people to the area ?”
“Ms. Karissa Rodgers was awesome! She was polite, knowledgeable and be very professional given that an employee called out last minute leaving her stuck without another worker to relieve her. She was calm and still gave the most welcoming and helpful assistance to the long line of customers waiting to be helped. She is an exceptional employee. She deserves a Raise!!!”

“I came in with a HUGE packing and shipping order - 18 packages to 11 different addresses. ANTHONY was consistently courteous, efficient, patient and kind. He was the only person working on a Sunday and could only have one cash register open (for my order). Nevertheless, he was able to help quite a number of other customers very efficiently while still processing my job, thereby skillfully managing what could otherwise have been a stressful situation. “This is the greatest UPS store in the Tampa Bay area, hands-down. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have drop off’s almost daily and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
