They were Super. Here, during this extreme heat wave, it is Not the time for our AC to die. They had the AC in the stock and squeezed us in. What a Blessing. Thank you .

I like this place. They are knowledgeable, work to a schedule, and go the extra mile to educate their customers. I had some repairs done and it was completed when they said, at the price they said. Anyone with an RV knows that on-time, on-budget repairs are (ahem) "uncommon" in the industry. (Once I waited nearly five months for a "three day" repair. Southwest Florida RV Service isn't the cheapest RV shop. Nor is it the most convenient location to me. But they are professional, honest, and -- most importantly -- they say what they will do and do what they say they will. That's enough to earn my loyalty and my business.

I am the first to admit that I am a tough customer. I expect work to be done like I would do it myself. I have high expectations. The level of customer care and honesty I received here was AWESOME! Since I run a business I understand customer service and how it should be done. I highly recommend Scott and Keith to anyone. Many many thanks.

The mechanics at Southwest Florida RV fixed my breaks today when I broke a line unexpectedly. They were very friendly and prompt and very much appreciated for their service and kindness. I will definitely recommend them, the same as they were recommended to me. Outstanding! Thank you so very much!Service: Brakes

I spoke & chatted with Scott on Friday 1/7/22, regarding a leak in the 1/2 bath in our Dutch Star motorhome. I described the leak as looking like a spray from a black "valve" under the sink. He said he was certain this was not the problem. He kindly suggested a few steps which I went through on Fri night and left him a message with the details. He texted me at 6:46 pm on Friday saying he would be out sometime tomorrow morning. My wife told me this was going to be expensive and I told her - not too expensive for someone to come out on a Saturday and take care of a water problem in our rv. It was going to be worth it - if he could take care of it. I'm thinking this is exactly the type of remote rv service that someone can do quite well with. The only problem - he never showed up. I sent them a text at 2:16 Sat pm asking "Any update?". Someone responded "Scotty didn't make it out to you today?". I said "Nope". That's the last I heard of them. I guess they're like many other businesses - a lot of talk and a lot less action.I was on an rv forum specifically for Newmar rvs, described our problem and received several possibilities. One was exactly like our scenario - the water intended to go to the black tank rinse was blocked because the valve that I mentioned above is faulty. The one Scotty said was certainly not the problem.
